Sad that after sending them an email to tell them I was unhappy with what I received that I received no response from them.
I guess this is what I get for ordering online. I just spent $100 to have a $20 bouquet shoved haphazardly into a vase. It looks nothing like the photo online. I get that flowers are seasonal and that can change things a little but the photo online was beautifully shaped and very pristine looking and what I received looks ridiculous. These were sympathy flowers and there was no care taken with them. I will never order from here again.

I'm in Salem and I called mid-morning to order a flower delivery to my daughter at her workplace in Clackamas (a flower boost as she was having a bad day). I mentioned daisies and the result was a Perfect combo of Colorful Gerbers and Berries and I forget what else. It really was the perfect selection for the occasion And when she said it could be delivered in a couple-ish hours, It Really Was. I recommend this florist wholeheartedly!

Absolutely loved her work! It was exactly if not more then what we asked for. We had a young close family friend pass away in their sleep. Vanessa not only made a beautiful arrangement but also did it quickly and was so kind and compassionate. God bless you for all you do! Amazing! They didn't have Birds of Paradise which was in the arrangement that I ordered but they called me to let me know and asked if I was ok with then adding other flowers that would make it just as beautiful. I agreed and they created the arrangement and text me a picture of it to get my approval. It was gorgeous! The recipient loved it as well! I appreciate to amazing customer service and they are so very talented and artistic!

Vanessa is THE BEST! She makes giving so easy! I live in Idaho and had a last minute gift I wanted to give to a colleague in Clackamas. I didn't want flowers, I wanted something custom and specific. For the fifth Valentine's day, in a row, my wife calls me to say, "What beautiful flowers!" This year I wanted to do something a little different, so I went with the Full of Love™ (Deluxe) arrangement. Not only was it delivered before noon on Valentine's Day, but my wife said, "These are the most beautiful flowers I have ever received in my entire life!"
Having sent her very nice flowers every Valentine's Day for 22 years, this is saying a lot. I will always order from Vanessa, since she has never disappointed me!

I'm very disappointed in this flower shop. I had placed an order online for a family member that is having a hard time. I input her address and my information. The amount came up and the delivery fee said FREE. I get an email 3 days later the afternoon before they are supposed to be delivered stating I actually have to pay an additional $23 in delivery fees that their website did not tell me. I told them since it was their website flaw (clearly stating my delivery fee was free) that they waive my delivery fee and fix their website. They declined to take responsibility and refunded me my purchase

Sent my daughter a bouquet online. Vanessa contacted me to let me know what I chose was not available at the time. She helped me choose what was in season and the bouquet turned out even more beautiful than what I chose online. She was so kind and helpful. Great customer service. Beautiful arrangement. I would definitely shop with Vanessa again. Highly recommended. Because you never know what your going to get when you order flowers online.

I ended up ordering flowers from Vanessa's through Yelp.com, but upon visiting the flower shop's website saw that there were more choices in my budget range. They were very willing to change my order to meet what I was looking for at the same price, and then sent me a photo of the bouquet once it was delivered - so very helpful!!

The first florist I ordered flowers from didn't deliver to my mom Friday and said they couldn't find my order. I then ordered flowers from Vanessa to be delivered the Monday after Mother's Day because there were no earlier delivery options. Without even knowing what a disaster I went thru with the other florist, Vanessa reached out and asked if I'd rather the flowers be delivered earlier she did an amazing job and I highly recommend her services. I live in Junction City. Vanessa's Flower Shop is in Clakamas, about 90 minutes north of me. I needed some flowers delivered for Valentine's Day to a very good friend in Milwaukie. Vanessa's Flower Shop was close to her home, so I placed an order online and hoped for the best.
On Valentine's Day I received a phone call. One of the company's employees was calling because she couldn't find my friend's house. I had goofed up and put SW instead of SE. However, knowing the area around her so well, the woman on the phone was in the right place and I was able to help

My almost husband orders flowers from Vanessa's regularly. When we first started dating, he would send flowers from a variety of stores. The arrangements from Vanessa's were head and shoulders above the rest. Nicer flowers, longer lasting and more creative arrangements. Ever delivery has brought a beautiful and new arrangement. I yelped local flower shops in my area. And Vanessa Flowers showed up with the best reviews. We used her for our wedding this past weekend. She did an amazing job. My grandfather passed a week ago and we needed to order flowers for the funeral in a short amount of time. I called up Vanessa's Flower Shop and she was more than happy to help me out with just a few days notice. Our order went from being only one item to three large items and several centerpieces. Beings there was a lot of family in town....this created a lot of opinions and last minute changes. Vanessa was more than happy to work with us every step of the way. Not only did the arrangements turn out gorgeous, her pricing is very affordable as well.
