Dr Magic Mike was absolutely amazing, before the surgery we spoke about the procedure the before and after effects and any questions that I had he answered them and assured me that everything was going to go great. I highly recommend Dr. Mike for any procedure that you want to get done. The staff at Xiluet are amazing, very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this location for any future procedures.

First things first, my results are amazing. Dr Kosowski is very skilled. He is also very nice and made me feel comfortable. We even had some time to discuss future surgeries so I know who I’m going to for my breast job for sure. The staff at Xiluet was very nice. I had some complications where I needed assistance because I felt weak and they were very attentive and helped me on my feet and to walk. The lady who does massages (sorry forgot her name) was very nice. She made me feel comfortable and safe. Would definitely recommend and visit Xiluet and Dr Kosowski again.

Dr. Magic Mike is awesome! He has a great and relaxed bedside manner yet I could tell immediately how competent he is. The perfect combination in a surgeon. I also appreciated that he was very clear about what realistic expectations were with the surgery I wanted. I am 9 weeks and already loving my results!
I also had 10 post-op massages with Jenny. She was friendly and efficient and I felt like she was a very important part of my initial recovery. She provided a lot of important education and some great tips. She was so professional and very nice.

I am loving my results. I had a ETT lipo 360 and a breast reduction no implants with Dr Gary Vela. At first i was hesitant to do my surgery with him because he doesn't have as many results as other doctors there. But the one's i had seen i liked most of them. It is also because he doesn't always do surgerys in this clinic he is also located in another state. As far as my results i am loving it and i am only 6 and half weeks post op. Had surgery ( liposuction 360 and my chin lipo ) november 17 th with dr tom i flew from Los Angeles to miami to have my surgery and as soon as we got to the clinic everything went well And we got to see dr tom the day before the surgery and he made me feel really confortable and finally the day of suregery i was nervous and dr tom came in again and made me feel safe ! And yes finally surgery was done successfully and results have been amazing i couldnt have asked for better results i highly recommend XILUETTE plastic surgery and dr tom and will definitely come back if i ever need any future

This place is ghetto and the staff is unprofessional. Be prepared to wait 5 hours just to see the doctor for your pre opt appt. And they're not on time on the day of surgeries either. My surgery was at 12:00 p.m and they didn't call me back until 4:00 p.m.
It had women coming in bleeding with tubes in them. Blood was on the floor and the staff didn't bother to clean it up nor care.....the waiting area is filled and would have to stand. I'll never go to this place again!

My experience was great. The staff is really nice. There are a ton of people being serviced so sometimes there are long wait times. I would recommend them. Magic Mike did my surgery, he's very good at what he does. I only wish the communication was better, it's definitely hard getting in touch with someone when you have a problem. I love my results.

I have had the worst experience with this clinic!!! To begin with I decided to do my lab work and EKG with them and was there from 9AM to 5PM the coordinators and workers are lost and unorganized and if you don't know any Spanish good luck! This was my first red flag. Once I met the doctor LIliav I felt rushed and uncomfortable but was willing to risk it as I had seen good results from him. I f I could leave 0 stars I would! They deactivated my portal, will not answer my calls, emails, or text messages. They have $2500 of MY MONEY that they are trying to keep WITHOUT rendering services! I have filed a complaint with the BBB, Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and the Florida Attorney General! My next step is small claims court. If you are owed money by Xiluet please contact me, if there's enough people who are owed money we can do a class action lawsuit.

I was really excited when I booked with Xiluet in March 2020. Unfortunately the dr I booked is no longer practicing there due to the owners at Xiluet. I have been requesting to cancel as well as my refund for days and they have continued to ignore me.

On 1/4 Due to their office not replying to my emails and text I tried the web chat again and this time they extorted me into changing me review of the surgery experience I had in 12/2 in order to refund me for a FUTURE surgery I had already booked prior to my first.
They have now revoked my access to their portal where you can see all appointments, contracts, payments, etc.
I am legally obligated to my refund for the second surgery but they are telling me they will issue a full refund if and only if I change my review first.
So now, I have reported them to

I originally scheduled for Dr.Ziyad 11/25 for an ETT/6 areas lipo and a BL/BA. I was informed 2 weeks prior to my surgery date that Ziyad would be on vacation and had the option to book with Benjamin Liliav. I was hesitant, because there were minimal pics posted, no fb group to show off any work, and he was fairly new to Xiluet. I knew i needed some extensive work done since i lost roughly 100lbs with diet and exercise and i needed the realistic and honest discussion beforehand. I agreed to book with Liliav and changed my flights/ hotels/ rentals/ you name it to accommodate my new date of 11/23

Dr. Magic Mike performed my BBL procedure at Xiluet in August 2020. My results were amazing! Highly recommend him. Xiluet is a busy office and it is obvious when you go in for your pre-op the day before surgery. The waiting room was full and I was there several hours.
