Bradley is U.S. Coast Guard veteran with extensive experience and education in building construction, maintenance, and remodeling.
Radon is a naturally occurring process resulting from the break down of uranium in the earth. You can not see, taste, or smell radon. This gas finds its way through cracks and openings where it can collect within a building. The EPA recommends a building testing 4.0 pCi/L or higher be mitigated. BHI's testing equipment and strict protocols ensure your radon results are accurate.

Bradley inspected two homes for us. He’s very thorough and knowledgeable and they were very responsive during the appointment process. As a first time home buyer, the inspection process can be overwhelming. The report produced by Bradley makes the information much more manageable by grouping into major versus minor concerns. I wouldn’t use anyone else for future inspections.

Bradley was very professional and knowledgeable. Being first time home buyers, we followed him throughout the inspection and he explained what and why he was doing things and allowed us to ask him numerous questions throughout the process. He noted all concerns, no matter how minor and provided a thorough and detailed report, which was easy to follow and understand. He provided a report back in 24 hours, giving us ample time to reply to the seller. Highly recommend using this company.

Bradley inspected a property that we wanted to buy. He was friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, efficient, and explained everything he found room by room taking time to make sure we understood what he was saying and the terms he was using. Chose Bradley Home Inspections due to his high praise on Google reviews and proximity to my prospective home. Bradley was clear, knowledgeable, and really thorough in his report which even included rough estimates for repairs. The house being an older twin required some extra attention and it was clear Bradley had a soft spot for these historic structures. We used Bradley Home Inspections to inspect the house we are buying. We are so glad we chose this company. Bradley was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
