We were very lucky to have Mike as our home inspector. He took a look at every single nook and cranny of the house including every single crawlspace, attic, and the roof. We bought a single family home, and he took four hours to inspect the house thoroughly. His report was extremely comprehensive, and we were able to request a lot of the items that he mentioned in the report to the seller as contingency. We highly recommend Mike’s service and we will be going back to him if we buy another house in the future.
