A a small family owned and operated company we are committed to customer satisfaction. We treat our customers with the utmost respect and and every home inspection performed as if we were purchasing the property ourselves.

Every home inspection is performed the the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics put forth by the American Society of Home Inspectors, ASHI. All Home Inspection Reports are written by the inspector and emailed by 9am the morning after the inspection. Our computerized reports contain plenty of pictures along with the information found during the inspection.
