Completely unprofessional office; mediocre management.
Insurance provider coordinated towing through this company. I missed 6 calls from the driver in a 3-minute span because I do not have access to my phone at work.
Upon calling back, the driver relayed to me that he was 15 minutes out. All was well. After this phone call the Griffin and Griffin office called me back to tell me that, even though they knew I spoke with the driver, they canceled pickup due to the missed calls and had assigned the driver to another pickup.
This company should provide a customer with at LEAST 10 minutes to respond

The drivers are careless and dont care if your property gets damaged in their efforts to recover a vehicle! Had a man run off the road and take out my mailbox then instead of hooking and pulling out the vehicle they put the customers car in 4x4 and left 2 massive 30 ft 12in deep ruts in my front yard! then want to deny responsibility and had to auduatisty to tell me the ruts were their before recovering vehicle and I have pictures that prove they weren't! they denied responsibility after I sent them ALL THE PICTURES! they thought they were going to be slick and get away with not paying for

If I could mark this shyster operation with a bright red flag the size of Manhattan to warn potential customers of the imminent shady dealings they will be subjected to then I absolutely would. Do not approach this business with any of your needs, regardless of the desperation of your circumstances. I have witnessed shady dealings, and then I have seen Griffin Towing which rests in an entirely separate universe, unparalleled in its ability to destroy trust, atrophy customers' pocketbooks, and dishonestly pull the wool over their eyes during the entire process. I had a flat tire and called roadside assistance. I explained that I need to be towed to the dealer to have my tire repaired. I also explained that I needed to catch a ride with the tow truck driver. The roadside assistance operator put me on hold while she contacted a local tow service. She returned to the line and told me that she spoke with Griffin and Griffin towing and the will be at my location in an hour and that I would be able to ride with the driver. After an hour there was no sign of the driver. I understand things happen and I already assumed the "exact" time line would be
