My car broke down the night before and I needed to get my car towed to my house. Tuffy's was the first towing company that came up when I googled. I quickly read the reviews which were good. I called and Jason answered. Told me it was no problem to get my car from point A to B and they were reasonably priced. The guy who towed my car was nice and customer service friendly and followed me to tow my car. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you for your quick service guys!

We called this company to tow our car. We were stuck at the gas station where our car broke. We were quoted an hour but that turned into 3 because apparently if you don't tell them your stranded you are not a priority. The driver was nice and professional but if you are expecting them to come quickly tell them you are stranded or you'll be stuck for hours as they pass you up for other customers. This was my first time calling a tow truck so maybe that's the standard but I don't know. Not impressed.

Amazing service! Every place in town was closed at 7:30 am and the hours said 24 hours for all the other companies. I called and it rang once and someone answered! He almost seemed surprised i called to get towed! Extremely friendly and two nice guys showed up 15 minutes later! They were so nice and helped me so much. My husbands gone at school and I’m not knowledgeable on any vehicle issues, so they gave me a run down of my issues could be and took it to my shop! 10/10 experience. Would vouch for this company all day!

My daughter hit a curb and damaged two rims on her car. We called Tuffy’s and they told us they would arrive in 45 minutes to an hour. As promised, they arrived no later than 45 minutes to pick up her car. This is the only towing company I’ve used that arrived in a timely manner. Great service and value!

Tuffy's Towing provided exceptional service when our truck had a fuel filter issue that left us stranded over 100 miles from home. They were prompt, courteous, and professional with the service they provided. The owner spoke with me on the phone and treated me like a long-term customer and assured we would be taken care of as soon as possible. The driver arrived at the designated time and quickly assessed the situation. He towed our truck back to the North Atlanta area and was the most pleasant person to deal with. My family highly recommends Tuffy's Towing for any towing needs in the Columbus

They were the only one who would take the job of moving a doll house that my daddy built me 40 years ago. They were awesome and didn't give up even when the job seemed almost impossible. Call these guys! I know I will when I need their services again.
