Services
Caregiver will monitor the client's medications if this service is needed. All medications must be listed and prepared by a family member or home health care nurse or a full list must be obtained by the clients doctor. The caregiver can not administer medications to any client. The caregiver can only remind the client that medications need to be taken and observed.
If your elderly parent or loved one lives alone and you are struggling to keep up with their needs and stressing yourself out, 24-hour home care can be a solution. It can be set up quickly and provides peace of mind and assurance for individuals who are recovering from an illness or injury, or who are experiencing a change in condition that requires someone to be available to provide assistance any time of day.
Facing the death of a parent, a spouse or a loved one is overwhelming. You're not ready to let go, but it's important your family member is comfortable at the end. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for people nearing the end of their life's journey and this care is especially poignant during a person's final days.
Caring for a loved one with dementia or Alzheimer's disease in the home can be physically and emotionally draining. We understand the challenges faced by family caregivers and can help ease the burden. In general, dementia is a decline in mental ability, such as memory loss or an inability to complete familiar tasks, serious enough to interfere with a person's daily life.
Long-term care insurance helps seniors pay the costs of long-term care, preventing the depletion of life savings for extended care. We work with several Long Term Care Insurance companies and all Long Term Care policies are different. Some policies cover only specific types of long-term care, while others will cover a variety, such as nursing home, assisted living or in-home care.

I've been waiting quite some time to make this post because I know that it can be really difficult to find help doing after life care. My suggestion when working with Easy Living would be to make sure that they will not charge you if you are unhappy with one of the caretakers. Lori Laporte delivered the best service in the wonderful staff she sent to us. If there was a problem with the staff member, she handled it immediately, often replacing the person. We had some caregivers that treated our patient like a family member with competence and caring. Exactly what we were looking for.
