We were under contract for eight months. There were numerous mistakes made. One month prior to closing they cancelled our contract. Another buyer came along who didn’t know about the mistakes and was willing to take the home “as is”. Very painful experience. Mistakes included mold and dry rot on support beams, 7 x10 guest bedroom, wrong appliance package installed, moved basement entrance from initial plan, shortened and narrowed driveway, wrong interior paint color, missed French doors to dining room, kitchen light off center, Living room light off center, under cabinet lighting never installed

I have to say that in 15 years as a top producing Realtor, I have never run into a builder willing to go the extra mile for my clients like this one has. They have been a class act throughout my entire experience with them. Responsive, proactive and they build a beautiful house. These are some of the first builders I have met who ask agents ahead of time what they should build and what we think about choices they can make. They genuinely want feedback and guidance. It is so refreshing!!

Legend Oaks - Beautiful home with severe drainage issues due to improper grading and poor driveway cement quality. Driveway began chipping and cracking significantly within 4 months. To resolve both of these properly with the quality expected on a new home is not in Robucks interest. Buyer beware!!! If you do buy prepare for non stop follow-ups and potential legal battles.
