We design homes to be livable, usable, flexible spaces. We design our homes with the end-user in mind and pack them with useful, thought-out features. We've got a great team and a smooth process. This enables us to accurately time out the construction of your home so you can plan with confidence. We incorporate a lot of energy-saving features in our homes.
We can help you find an available lot to purchase before we start the building process. Once then land is purchased we can have a new home ready to move into in just a few months. We can go straight to the building process, and have a new home built for you in a few months! We handle the entire construction phase from site work to permitting to home construction.
OPEN COMMUNICATION - We strive for excellence, and the first step is communication. We are readily available to chat when you have questions or concerns. We will always be honest and up-front with you. If you're upfront with your desires and expectations, it sets us all up for a smooth project. ADVANCE SCHEDULING - We provide an estimated project schedule based on the job requirements.
Want more listings? Find us a great project - vacant lots, teardown, rehabs, and small subdivisions are all on the table. If you help us to find a project, you will be our Buyer Representative during the purchase and our Listing Agent for the finished product. Want more buyers? Our finished homes are always open to Realtors to host open house events.

We've had the best experience with Family Building Company. I can't say enough nice things--they're extremely professional, responsive, and thorough. We've used them for a number of different projects in two houses now, from deck repairs to installation of smart thermostats to building bedroom closets, and we have never been disappointed. I highly recommend them!
