Omega Pizza

They changed their mozzarella sticks to the grocery store frozen TGIF "Friday's" brand (that you can make at home) but still charge $7.50 for a small. Not worth it !

First time ordering here the food was amazing. The staff was even better very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place. Very clean. Prices are good definitely too low for the quality of food.

Not good at all ordered a steak and cheese cheese wasn’t even melted nor was the sub hot… would not recommend

This place is a joke. Went there before weeks ago 30 minutes before closing and they said they’re only offering cold sandwiches because they’re slow.
Not the end of the world, I get it. But I just called at 5:30 on a Sunday to order a beef and the guy says he’s out of beef because “the delivery didn’t come in today”.
No company in the industry delivers on Sundays so I know for a fact that’s a lie. Times are tough in the industry but don’t lie about it. Honesty goes a long way.
I live down the street and I’m 0/2 now, they could’ve had a regular but definitely won’t try them

Never got my food. Don't order from here terrible service. Waited over 2 hours when I called after the first hour I was told it's on its way. After the second hour they were closed. Got a refund from grubhub. Never ordering here again.

I ordered my pizza at 8:20 and it never arrived tried to call and was closed. Very disappointed.

Pizza was cold and took over an hour. They didn’t deliver my full order in the end. When I called after to see if they could come back or credit my account, they didn’t pick up the phone after trying several times within the hour.

Me and a co worker stopped for lunch. They did not close the Mariana sauce before putting it in the bag, making a giant mess. I ordered a steak and cheese and French fries, the steak and cheese was extremely bland and the fries tasted like what I would imagine a grease trap would taste like. Now that I have the taste of trash in my mouth I make this review.

It was so bad the bread was soggy they didn’t add cheese on a steak and cheese. Nor did they add the condiments I asked for and they barely had any steak.

Have been waiting almost two hours ago for a pasta delivery when it was supposed to have only been a 40 minute wait. The restaurant was unwilling to make any sort of amends seeing as we still haven’t received it and instead insisted that “all the roads were blocked”.

Food is excellent! Chicken pen and the traditional gyro are my favorites!!! Always wonderful customer service!

Great place with good food and friendly staff. Quick service. Socially distanced seating. Food is delicious and they have a variety of options. Good prices.

Ordered the Fajita Pizza. Received a slightly different pizza (missing mushrooms + add canned tomatoes). This was unfortunately one of the blandest pizzas I've had in memory. The quality as far as texture is okay, but it just lacks any flavor profile at all to the sauce and dough. Mediocre at best.

Went to SSU and lived in Salem for a bit. Have never had a bad meal from this place. Never a let down, food always tastes great!

New ownership, making order and pricing errors ...

This had been our go-to place for years, as the food is good and it is in walking distance to us . The new owners bought the place a few months ago, and the last two orders had errors, both with the product, and the price. The first time I just figured anyone can make a mistake once. The next time, I decided to check the order before leaving the counter. We called in an order for a pizza with two toppings, but one topping was missing, and we were charged a higher price than a pizza with two toppings. I asked to see the order, and was told

This is my favorite place to get takeout from. Everything there is delicious, but my favorite would be the Big Boy Buffalo Chicken Sub! French fries on a sub? Amazing!

Wrap I ordered was leaking from the chicken and the chicken was even no good. Omega is no good especially when there is about 4-5 other pizza shops in the neighborhood

It may look like your average neighborhood pizza joint, but Omega Pizza in Salem is anything but!
I wandered in with two friends on a Friday night, and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and incredible aroma of baking pizza. The restaurant was filling up quickly (it was almost 7:00 pm) but we managed to snag a table. I would definitely recommend you all to go and try the delicious food there.

Uuuuggghh I try and try. Steak bomb and sm. Chicken wing $18! Doesn't say on the menu there is a delivery charge. Just says you have to spend $10. I only got the wings to bring the $9?? Sub over $10. If you can kill chicken after it's dead they did it. Was like trying to eat wood. The sub lol. Worse than the chicken! Steak bomb. Asked my husband if there was salami etc. His respond was " I think there is steak in here but not much else and steak doesn't fit the roll."

Not to be confused with OMG Pizza, where the pizza is so good, you say OMG!

It was a little out of my way and it's well known that they have slices, but then they didn't have any slices, so they should probably keep a pie hanging around for people like me and moments like this. But they don't so what am I going to do. It was bad traffic getting here and frustrating and they weren't nice about it.

Great pizza. The place makes great food. Been traveling lately to Salem for work and been having lunch here. The place is nice and clean. Great people working there. Love going any time I get a chance. The subs and pizzas are really A+.

Ordered steak tip dinner with rice and salad...tips cooked rare....it was outstanding! Fresh plump steak tips over an abundance of rice with a decent side salad with fresh tomatoes, onions, red onion and green pepper...order their homemade Greek dressing as it is delicious. Served with a side of fresh bread just tied the meal all together. The delivery person was really nice and the order arrived quicker than expected. Highly recommend!

I ordered through grub hub and noted I have a nut allergy. After submitting my order I immediately got a phone call from a very sweet woman who worked there telling me the brownie I ordered had nuts. She suggested alternatives.
My order arrived before the estimated grub hub time from a nice guy. My food was delicious and fresh. Will definitely go back! Thanks for being so cautious about my allergy!

I'm so glad the old owners opened Omega back up. They're incredibly friendly and make you feel like your at home when you dine in. The roast beef is tender, fresh and piled high and they're chicken is always moist and delicious whether it's in a chicken Caesar wrap or a buffalo chicken sandwich. A personal favorite of mine is the pastrami wrap or the savory Farmer John's Burger.

If you're more into pizza and calzones than wraps or subs then Omega will make you happy too. Their pan pizza has an incredibly crisp crust and their calzones are always stuffed with a ton

Decided to give this place a shot, they quoted a 30-40 min wait on a large cheese pizza (Friday night) but to my surprise it came in 25 min. The pizza was hot and quite tasty... Not the best ever but definitely a top contender for Salem pizza. I would order again.
