I have video footage of one your drivers tailgating me and putting their brights on. He was weaving through traffic with no turn signals, getting in a lane I was in abruptly to which I flashed my lights and he then started to follow me through traffic to which I did not take kindly too and it escalated. When we pulled up next to each other at a light he then pointed to his door to call the company and I ignored everything else he was telling me through his window. I will be reporting this to AAA as well because there is no reason a company such as yours should behave this way on the road while

Ricardo was so fast in getting there my wife was very nervous and the calmness that he put into the situation got the vehicle home in a very quick and timely manner she was just at complete ease I was blown away at how fast and how quick he had the vehicle completely hooked up and on the back of this wrecker this right here speaks of such quality character and integrity of people that have no problem doing 150% versus the people that think about giving 100% AAA was so awesome in using this company for helping my family as they did and again thank you so much A1 tow Masters for what could have been

Very communicative about when they'll be there, I received service through triple a but they served me outside of their jurisdiction to help me out when I hit a deer in Lakeland and needed a tow to Kissimmee to my uncles body shop. The driver was very nice and wasn't impatient or rude at all which I have experienced with every tow truck I've ever had. Definitely recommend them!

I can't express enough the professionalism of this company. Xavier went above and beyond to help me get my car to a mechanic who could help me with the repairs needed when there was no other option. I don't know what I would have done without his help. He was truly a blessing for me. I 100% recommend them for any service they provide and anything else. All around good people.
