A family member had their vehicle towed by this company. They stole all of the belongings out of the center console and most from the glove box. They even went low enough to steal the car seat from the vehicle! Total thieves and they are being reported to BBB, the loan company and a police report filed.

This company needs to be shut down. This place is ran by a bunch of thieves that's waiting for their next victim. The company does business behind a widow because of their shady antics. They will lie and say they have given you everything out the car until you specify on a certain item. Remember God doesn't sleep and you can only steal so many times until you are caught.

I experienced lousy business practices at this Howards Recovery, LLC. First, the operator at Howard's told me that if I came and paid by 2:00 that I would not owe an extra $40 for storage. While I was on my way, I called again to double-check with Howards Recovery, LLC's operator, and she told me that the 2:00 order for our condo complex had been rescinded and extended until 3:00. When I arrived at 2:45, I was told by the receptionist that the person who told me 3:00 is fine, works in a different department at the same company and that I owe an extra $40 on top of the outrageous towing charge.

This company is just trying to see who they can stole the cars from. The received information from a Tittle Loan company located out of Florida. The information they received have a different person name and address stated on it and they still Repo my car. For them to know where the car was they have to search and knew the car is under a different person name other than the one they have information from. I don't owe the bank so there's not a GPS in my car. I didn't buy the car from that person name so there was other titles before I bought the car so how they find out my car?. Plus I have a model

I hired them to pick up a vehicle for me, they did a great job on that part. Then the billing started to get fishy...they wanted to be paid before they would deliver my vehicle to a local auction, I understood that and had a check there in 3 days. I called them once received and then was told that they could not find the key which was provided by my customer at time of repossession. They refused to release to auction without a key, I was frustrated but told them to get the key for me. I called back the next day and was told they found the key and it could not be released but I had to pay $85 to

Finally was able to pick up my car today from them that should have never been towed. After 20 minutes, they brought my car to me with no plates (even the screws taken) and everything that was in the car completely gone. Footprints on the outside of my door, food and grass in the inside. The tech brings me a white plastic bag of stuff that wasn't mine. After another 15 minutes they bring me all my stuff in a black bag. Once I got to the street after being rushed off the property because it was closing time, heard a bad noise from the back wheels. Turns out they damaged my differential on my 2017

This place is pretty good. My car was picked up by them. I called because I wanted all my stuff out. I was very annoyed when she told me I had to wait 24 hrs for my stuff to be processed. My wallet was in there and the place was pretty far away from my house. She then called me back within minutes saying she had spoken to the manager and he was allowing me to go ahead and come get my stuff. When I got there I spoke to a lady through a window as I waited outside. She needed my id, which was in my car with my debit card.
