Flat tire on 12/22/21 on FL4 W Polk County Rest Stop. Road assistance reached out to Crooms after 1st company did a no show. They responded within an hour. Tech contacted us before coming, and showed up prepared for the work. Very polite, personable and professional. Thank you for getting us back on the road so quickly.

No good they charge 150 an hour and go to the bank first because they charge a $24 fee for using your credit card and they charge for disposal fee if you bring your own parts so if anything stay away from getting oil change from them or probably any other services they charge night time fees for day fees somewhere I won't be going back to anymore

Code inforcement had them tow my car but they did not inform me that I could pay and put it in there storage for 135$ month instead they charged me 30$ a day then tried to tell me they did tell me that which was not true, but since it was a code inforcement thing they wouldn't even let me get my stuff out of the car unless I paid they were just trying to get money for county cause they have a contract with them

ABSOLUTELY RIP OFF!!! Charged my daughter and INSANE $185 for a 2.5 mile tow for a 4 door sedan!!! USE ARC TOWING, Castillo Towing and Lakeland Wrecker, All Competitors were 1/2 ONE HALF of what they charged!! She learned a hard life lesson for her first towing expense. She unfortunately called the WRONG ONE first.

We had a good experience with Crooms. They towed a 1962 GM Greyhound bus for us (about an hour away, and got it out of a really tough spot) and replaced the clutch in it. The shop couldnt figure out how to fix the shifter in it (it's not a common fix) and the owner pointed me to another shop that would be able to fix it, and towed our bus for free since they weren't able to fix it. Great shop, I would recommend them for anyone in the area.
