No communication, they were trying to blame my client for a delay in permits but when we look into public records they had some denied permits, my client had to pay about $3k on rate extension fees from the lender because they keep extending the closing date for not having some inspection approved . Not answer the phone nor emails this people should not be in business, do not recomend at all.

Five years ago we decided to build our new home in Wedgefield. The best decision we made was choosing Sierra Homes to be our builder. Sylvester and his crew were exceptional people to work with through the whole process. They continue to amaze us even after 5 years. Their door is always open for any questions or concerns either for advise or any issues that may arise, we feel totally comfortable reaching out to Sierra Homes. We were hesitant with building our forever home due to an unfortunate building experience with another contractor, but the service that was provided to us by Sierra Homes

We are very pleased with our home, which is the Chelsea model. The list of things we love about the home is long, so I'll try not to ramble, but here goes:
We love the very well thought out floor plan. The large kitchen and expansive rear porch area are both great for entertaining. The oversized 3-car garage with finished floor is where I spend quite a bit of time, and having that space has been wonderful. For me, the pleasant surprise was that our electric bill is so low due to the superior insulation. We have been able to keep the heater off this year so far and the home stays around

Five years ago Sylvester helped us to purchase our home. The process was so easy and pleasant. We loved our home and enjoyed living in it . But now the time has come we need a bigger house. We contacted Sylvester again. Not long after contacting him, we went to our first meeting in his office , which is located in one of his beautiful model homes. The crew that works there was very friendly... We were showed multiple houses for sale and custom homes. All of our concerns , needs and wants have been listed to and discussed.... and we decided to build our home. So fare it has been wonderful experiences

What started off as a smooth process turned into a nightmare. After moving into the home, we had a several page list of issues with the home. Some, Sylvester fixed, most were not. In fact, one of the items I paid for an Upgrade was not done properly, and I was told to fix it myself. Sylvester went to the lengths of lying about Florida Code as to why the work wasn't done properly (I verified code with Structural Engineer PE - Sylvester may have an engineering degree, but he has not passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam, let alone the Professional Engineering license requirements).
