Ebenezer Children's Academy excels at creating a secure and nurturing atmosphere, while providing an excellent environment for children to grow and learn at their own pace. Our educational programs are specifically designed to provide a variety of fun and unique learning opportunities with age-appropriate curriculums for children three months to five years.

The staff at Ebenezer Children's Academy works closely with children to build their vocabulary and self-esteem; enhance motor and life skills; teach sign and foreign languages.
Services
Founded in 1993, we designed and built Maryville Children's Academy for our children, ages 3, 4 and 5, in response to the extremely limited childcare options in the area. With family as our inspiration and exceptional care as our purpose, our journey into early childhood education began.

In the many years since we began this rewarding journey, our passion for early childhood education has continued to grow, as has the number of communities and families that we have proudly served.Recognizing the same lack of childcare options in Knoxville that that led us to open MCA, we opened Westland Children's Academy in 2006 and Ebenezer Children's Academy in 2009.
Elizabeth embodies the spirit of our Children's Academies. Her unique experience as a student, teacher, manager, director and now parent of multiple children at the academies! Elizabeth's face even served as the logo of the Academies for most of Maryville Children's Academy's formative years!

Beginning in 1993 as a Pre-K I student, Elizabeth and her siblings spent countless hours making memories at Maryville Children's Academy, both during and after work hours.

We have been extremely impressed with the level of care our child receives at Ebenezer Children's Academy! Great amounts of creativity are evident within the daily plans! Delicious, well thought out meals...fun art projects...education.....and play time, all tie in to a monthly theme! The teachers are all loving and attentive to our child's individual needs. The facility always feels clean and well cared for! Toys are rotated and new toys are introduced often so the Children can gain new experiences. Their playgrounds are top notch and age appropriate! The level of communication is excellent!

One of the most toxic environments I have ever worked in. The only Pros are the children and parents I bonded with. Kaitlyn will rid the center of any educated employee who holds best interest of child. Children never come first with leadership, drama does. If you want quality child care with stability I would look somewhere else. I promise your child’s teacher and possibly director will change month after month at this center. It is also good to mention that I was left out of ratio time and time again. This continued to the point parents where refusing to drop children off until more staff came

The staff are friendly, but I was told month after month for 8 months that 'there will be a spot available next month" and there never was. And then the last time I called, they could no longer find my child's name on any waiting list there at all. Very discouraging.

My daughter goes here and I have had nothing but a positive experience! The teachers and staff members are very nice and accommodating to our needs, and they keep the place neat and clean. I would highly recommend this place for childcare!

Terrible. I've on several incidents saw the boss who I believe her name is Blaine but I'm not sure demean her employees directly in front of us.
The teachers seem great but the actual management seems poor.

We've had our child here for 2 years and have no complaints; we investigated multiple other facilities in the area prior to going with Ebenezer (we received an extensive list of daycares in the area from the education dept at UT, so we were able to really get a good feel). The daycare is very clean, they have good policies for controlling illnesses, we've been pleased with the efficient response of management with an issue in one of the rooms, and the teachers we have had have been wonderful with our child. I read a different review on a lack of security, and couldn't disagree more. I have never

I wouldn't recommend it simply because there are many other options available in the area that seem to really know what they're doing. Although the building looks newer, this place just seems behind the times on what's really important to parents: security, payment convenience and healthy food choices.
Security is an issue. The code to the entrance is rarely changed, and when it is the teachers print the code on little pieces of paper and leave them in the classrooms for anyone to pick up, so essentially everyone in town can end up with the code to the front door. There was rarely anyone near
