Amazing job with my nails, I absolutely LOVE them!! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she helped me find all the colors I needed and made it look identical to what I was looking for. I had Tracey do my nails and she was amazing. Highly recommend coming here if you have a creative ideas for nails that you want done:))

I was not impressed very high priced nail salon and the lady I got some little to no English and was very soft spoken. I had a very hard time understanding her and vice versa. It was not a great experience I will not be coming back. Highest prices I've seen for nail services.

The shop is decent size. They offered water after getting settled in. Miss Cathy did my ombre pink to white nails with marble accent. I asked for a marble with gold accent design on my ring fingers and she did not disappoint. She took her time to achieve the marble design. All these ladies are super sweet and very caring. The other lady, Christine did my daughters really short nails, although it was super short to work with, she made it look super cute and my daughter was super happy at how it turned out. Thank you also to Kelly the front receptionist for taking care of us.

First time going to this nail salon and I was happy with their service. The gentleman that worked on my nails was great, however I'm giving them four stars because the gel polish they used started peeling off after two days. Nonetheless, the nail shape and overall service was excellent.

Love my nails! They've done a great job on designs. They also take their time, I've had experiences where some salons rush to get to the next customer and then the design I ask for is not very well done.

Call instead of using their website for booking, somehow I accidentally made reservations for 2 people when I was trying to book 2 services (Mani+Pedi). Came in at 9am on Sunday, very quiet and clean inside. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. Love how my nails turned out, def a place to come back to!

Had an afternoon appointment. The pictures need to be updated on Google. Very quiet and serene nail salon. Masks seem to be optional. If you’re worried like me, wear a mask. It felt very clean in the salon. They keep the front door open which has a great view outside. I wish the chairs faced outside. The nail technician I had was superb. Everyone has been super friendly and sweet even the local customer next to me.
I always recommend making an appointment at any nail salon especially on the weekend.

Mom here who only cares about pedicure and manicure. I absolutely loved it. Called ahead 10 mints and didn't have to wait. My pedicure lady was amazing she took her time and was very attentive.
My manicure was cute and simple.
Place was clean and employees kept disinfecting chairs after customers would leave. Reasonable prices. Overall great experience and would come here again.

Kelly , Thai, and all staff are superb and you always feel at home when you are there.

While the staff is friendly, the one who gave me a manicure dip was not so mindful of being careful. The manicure drill she was using was not only applied to my nails to smooth out but she would hit my cuticles with it. It's one thing to hit it once by accident but she repeatedly would hit my fingers with it. Perhaps this was her version of cuticle maintenance because the standard manicure process was not done. I called ahead to ask for a fill, she quoted me $40 and told me they would be available around 12. I got in and had to wait 30, but didn't mind since it seemed very clean and very busy! I made an appointment for 2:30 and got there around 2:25, so not too early. I still had to wait a while before someone actually started my nails, but I wasn't too worried about it. I just needed a fill. However, I am very disappointed with the quality of my nails. I payed $58 for them. For a fill, that's a little much. I also got a design, but it was done wrong, no biggie, I still thought they were cute. I got them done on Wednesday and this was them on Friday. $58 for nails that are chipping in 2 days? I won't even go back and ask them to fix them because why go back and get mediocre

I made a same day apt. online early in the morning and had Tracy as my nail tech. This was my first visit and my experience was flawless. The salon was clean and orderly. I got a full gel set, and I don't usually get tips so I was definitely nervous. Worth mentioning I'm a little bit spooked by the drill lol. I recently moved into thr PQ area and needed to find a new spot. I usually went to my regular in College area but didnt want to do the drive.

This place is so kind and inviting! I got IBD Gel and the first person to do my nails was David! he was sweet and we had great conversations about life! he did my nails great!His wife Kelly is also so so sweet.

The second time I has Tracy because David wasnt in but Tracy did such an awesome job. I got design the next time around And she really listened and delivered. I even got my sister to come to Tracy and shes super picky about nails and loved her.

The worst! You will always wait +20 minutes even if you make an appointment. My toes look worse than before my pedicure. Why did she cut them so short?! And with a curve?!? It's awful. Can't believe I paid them for this. She added acrylic to even it out and match my other foot. Now I have to deal with acrylic on 1 toe. Ugh

I've been giving this place a chance several times because it's the closest to my house but NEVER again. Do not waist your time or money on Nova nails. You will regret it.

Solid Gel Manicure Experience ($37). The manicure has two core components - 1.) cuticle trimming and nail shaping and 2.) painting the gel on. Some places fail to do both well. My cuticles were perfectly trimmed and nails nicely shaped, priming it for a superb gel polish application. The gel polish did not bubble, was perfectly laid down smoothly, and the technician painted each nail all the way to the edge without touching the cuticle but was just about there. Very satisfied with my experience. At the end you get a quick but firm hand massage and you are on your way.

Some things to consider

Tried this place because of previous high ratings. Got a gel manicure and basic pedicure. Not satisfied with the work. FingerNails don't come down to the cuticle, look like a weeks growth already. Toenails done very poorly, see pics. Won't be coming back.

I called the same day, hoping to make an appointment for 3 spa pedicures as a treat for my daughter’s birthday. They were able to accommodate us and I was thrilled. I never realized they were literally right around the corner from my house about a half mile from me. The reviews were excellent and they had been there 6 years. It's always clean, staff are very friendly and their polish job last a long time. The owner has a daughter who is a year younger than my daughter and she always offer to put flower designs on my daughter's pedicure.
Came to see them today. Still clean, still friendly and same high quality work. May, my nail tech, is just like her name, a breeze of May wind, gentle and caring.
