Superb!!! That's the easiest way to put it. We used SBR event group for our wedding at the Elmhurst Art Museum this past Sunday. From the initial communication to the tasting to the actual event, we could not have been happier. The food and presentation was amazing, as was the service and attention to detail. We loved working with Meghann Streicher as our primary contact, as well as Erin, Sue, our bartender Luis, and the rest of the team. We really can't say enough great things about them. HIGHLY recommend this wonderful group!!!

If you’re considering SBR for your catering for your wedding, hire them! We were directed to their team by our venue, and were looking for a more casual meal for our wedding. Our tasting was great, the prices were reasonable, and the food was oh so yummy. They were able to accommodate the menu to meet all our needs, and made us feel so comfortable in our choice. We have used SBR Catering 6 times now and counting. The food is absolutely terrific--on par with a 4-star restaurant. Truly. The service is great, and if you have not tried the corned beef, you are missing something special. We have had parties for 10 and up to 40--each and every guest was wowed by the food and presentation. Duce Raymond is the best.

I had the pleasure of working with Lauren Winkler of SBR and she was absolutely amazing. She made everything easy as far as planning and helping us decide what to include for our wedding menu. She answered all of my questions promptly and even made some recommendations which worked out perfectly.
We got the buffet which included the chicken, pulled pork, Mac & cheese, baked beans and vegetables. My mouth is still watering to this day. Everything was seasoned

We used SBRs for my wedding this past Saturday. They did an absolute amazing job, and that started with the planning, which Claire made stress free and a breeze. The event director and all of the staff were awesome the day of! They wouldn’t let any of us lift a finger. They were on top of everything and went over above and beyond. Both my wife and I had to work this Thanksgiving. Usually we cook a traditional Thanksgiving dinner with family but thought we wold try something different and had it catered. The food was outstanding loved everything. Maybe next time we would get the turkey deep fried as opposed to smoked but all in all the bird and trimmings where excellent there was some other restaurant choices but I am confident we made the right choice. I would highly recommend Sweet baby Ray’s catering to all everything was very professional and spelled out perfectly .

We are still dreaming about the meatball appetizers and baked mac n cheese from our wedding! We worked with Meghann for about a year to create the perfect menu for our special day. She answered all of our emails (and there were a lot!) quickly and with great detail. They also worked with our budget so we didn't break the bank, but still got an incredible package.

Our guests are still raving about how good the food at our wedding was. It is "fancy" BBQ and makes it feel like wedding food but is far better because it's BBQ and not just rubber chicken or a pasta station. We had a BBQ buffet of brisket, bone in Alabama chicken and Mac & cheese, green beans, potatoes and smokehouse salad. Everything was so freaking good! And they let you take home any leftovers! We hired Sweet Baby Ray's for our wedding catering and the food was delicious! So many of our guests are still raving about the food, and how it was so nice to have non-standard wedding food.
Mallory was very easy to work with, and was super responsive, especially as we got closer and closer to the day. She coordinated wonderfully with our planners, and was able to add coat racks in the last week when the weather turned.

My husband and I hired True Cuisine to cater our wedding and we could not be happier with our decision. Mallory was a pleasure to work with and made sure our day went perfectly! We hired True Cuisine for our wedding and we were very happy. Not to say there weren't a few minor hiccups along the way, but they were so great on the day of the wedding that it more than makes up for it. Overall, communication with them was good and they were flexible with changes up to 2 days before the wedding. We worked with Lisa for the majority of the process and then on the wedding day Sue was the main person coordinating everything and she was fantastic. I left signs for her (dessert signs, cake stand) and she was on top of it. She was very pleasant and was very attentive to our needs

We hired True Cuisine & SBB C for our wedding in July, 2015. Incredible food, and was definitely the highlight. Good wait staff. Reasonable prices. The event coordinator I worked with was Alison S, and she was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. I met with her a few times in person, and she was super helpful and quick to respond.

It is not possible to give enough stars to True Cuisine! We just had the pleasure of using TC for our wedding on 11-13-15. Words cannot describe how wonderful they were! We've hired True Cuisine for a number of years now for the JP Morgan Chase Corp Challenge and like the event, they have gotten better year after year. The health codes are strict and they keep their food at the right temperature. We had over 200 people eat at our event and we heard nothing but glowing comments about the staff (6 stars) and the excellent food - the beef brisket and 7 layer brownies are requirements for your catering order. The tables were always neat and clean and the food looked very appetizing for our runners/walkers. We'll most likely hire them again next year because

I wish I could give more stars! We hired this company to cater our outdoor wedding. From the beginning, they were so helpful with the taste testing (delicious) and helping with the table layout. They offer an à la cart selection for everything, so you don't end up paying for anything that you don't want. This was perfect for us! You can choose to have a bar package, or not have a bar package, have more meat choices, have less meat choices. Literally you can pick and choose everything to fit your budget. We worked with Sandra to go back-and-forth and narrow down exactly what we wanted

We researched several caterers before choosing one for our wedding. Many really weren't interested in working with us as we had planned a small wedding. When we went out for quotes we originally said 40 people. Sandra was more than willing to work with a party of our size. As soon as we met Sandra at our tasting we knew we had picked our caterer! Sandra handled our wedding and we could not have been happier. Not only was she incredibly helpful in the many months leading up to the big day, helping us with planning and working with us to make sure everything stayed within our budget, she was a true rockstar on the day of. Unbeknownst to us, our venue double booked -- and there is not space for two events. Sandra handled all of it, in her role as day-of coordinator (*included* in the catering fees! SO WORTH IT), and we knew nothing about it until we showed up and it had already been taken care of.
