At Schaul's, we are foodies-creative, experimental, and love serving our scrumptious creations. Down on the farm values. Family business. In 1929, Peter J. Schaul installed a copper boiler and began cleaning, dressing and selling fresh poultry from the basement of his Niles home. It wasn't long before Schaul's Live Poultry Farm opened its first retail store at California and Pratt, followed, in 1946 with a brand new retail store at Touhy and Harlem avenues in Niles.

Schauls made my daughter's bridal shower perfect! The food was outstanding and there was plenty of it. The staff was so quick and attentive to all the guests no one was in need of anything.
Cynthia was always quick to respond & answer questions which made planning super easy.

On a extremely busy Thanksgiving morning for them, the whole staff was looking for an order that I messed up on. The staff including head chef, Robert Gadsby, took time to take my new order, prepare the food, and walk me through how to finish preparing the turkey and ham once I brought it home. They wanted to make sure their food would make our Thanksgiving dinner spectacular. Truly amazing pride in their food and service.

Our company is in the transition of consolidating our catering needs and we have started using Schaul’s exclusively for in-house meetings and many of our company wide events. Schaul's catered a large event for me with over 400 co-workers at the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge. They delivered excellent service and great tasting food. Working with their staff leading up to the race event date was so easy because Andrew replied quickly and was always able to answer all of my questions.
