We provide Private; Airport, Corporate, and Point to Point transfers for all your ground transportation needs. Ben's Transportation Service LLC is a family owned and costumer driven Black Car Service located just 5 minutes from Kansas City International Airport and 20 minutes from Downtown. We love what we do, and proudly compete with well established transportation services in Missouri and Kansas.
We operate Lincoln MKT Town Car vehicles, SUV-s, and 15 Passengers Ford Vans. You will be pleased by the quality and the immaculate condition of our vehicles. We accept all major Credit Cards; Corporate and International. A recommended 20% gratuity is added to your bill, but is always subject to your discretion.

When the car rental facility at Kansas City airport failed me and my rental car needed to be towed from Lawrence Kansas Julie at Ben’s transportation Service was superb. She went the extra mile to make sure that I was able to return the keys at the airport and waited for me so that I did not have to take the shuttle to my gate. If you are traveling to Kansas City and you need transportation you must contact Ben’s transportation service Julie was outstanding

We needed a ride to MCI, we live out in the country, and our airplane departure was 0600. We figured most limo companies wouldn't be interested in our request so we were very happy when Ben told us " no problem". Ben emailed us a detailed receipt immediately after booking and texted us the day before leaving to finalize plans.
Julie arrived exactly on time ( at 4 AM!!) with a smile on her face and a beautiful Lincoln Limo for our transportation. We enjoyed pleasant conversation, ice cold waters and direct to the gate drop off. What a great way to start our trip! The return was even better! Julie

Wonderful service! I needed transportation for my family of six, coming in on an international flight at KCI and my family was so pleased with the service. The driver was great. We also called Ben's transportation for the family's return flight two weeks later and the driver sent me a note to let me know my family had been dropped off at the airport. Thanks!

A wonderful experience from the first communication exchange. Timely and informative. My brother was met at the gate with a sign by their professional driver. His driver knew the area and skillfully bypassed the construction zones. I found this service on the web and priced out a ride to the airport from where I was. I called Ben's Transportation Service at 9:00 p.m. on March 10th for a ride to the airport at 9:00 a.m. the next morning. Ben actually answered the phone and I told him where I was and asked the fair to the airport. He asked to call me back and called back in 6 minutes with the fair price. It was consistent with what was stated on his website and fair. Ben showed up a few minutes early in a nice clean town car. He was dressed nicely and very helpful with getting my suitcase in the car. I was in KC on business and found Ben on the internet. So glad I did.
We used Ben's car service the entire trip. He is extremely punctual, very professional, and he provides a five-star service. At one point during the trip, we called him late at night for an unscheduled pick-up and he had some one there in less than 20 minutes. I will always use Ben's when in KC.

Professional, on time, courteous and clean. I am new to the area and needed a ride to the airport early in the morning.
