That company would later be known as Colonna's Shipyard, the oldest continuous family owned and operated private shipyard in the United States. Started by Willoughby Warren Colonna, Jr., the current owner of Colonna's Shipyard, Trade Team was originally setup to provide temporary skilled labor to the Colonna yard and other local Virginia marine businesses.

1 Sets up and operates conventional, special-purpose, and numerical control machines and machining centers to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts, and fits and assembles machined parts into complete units, applying knowledge of machine shop theory and procedures, shop mathematics, machinability of materials, and layout techniques: Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpiece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.

Complete Disfunction. Trust me, this is bottom of the barrel. They will tell you whatever you want to hear, and before you know it, it's too late before you realize that you've been screwed. When push comes to shove and the heat gets put on them, they act like complete cowards. I've been in this for a while. If you want to be jipped out of money, and get constant run around then by all means, this is the place to go. I wish I could not give this place any stars!! OMG...Horrible, met with a guy named Brian, the place is a whole in the wall! The receptionist had an attitude.The chairs in the waiting room were filthy! I didn't even want to sit down. I felt out of place since I was dressed professionally and everyone else had jeans and t-shirts on!It looks like most people that apply to jobs through them are dirty, have criminal records and/or substance abuse issues.
