Salas Financial is able to lend to owner builders, corporations, foreign nationals, LLC's for land development, ground up, finish construction, commercial, multi-family, bridge loans. A line item construction cost breakdown must accompany document package. Any project over $100,000 will be handled by a third party to perform inspections and process draws.
