Turn off your engine, or-if it's safe-move your vehicle to the shoulder of the road out of the way of traffic. If you're injured, or if your car isn't safe to drive-don't try to move it. If you can, take photos of the vehicles before you leave the scene, and acquire a copy of the police report-if it's available.

Well these folks at this center totally took care of me and my pickup. They understood how valuable my truck is and that it is made right after being hit and damaged. From the paint, many body parts, tires, and ensuring the frame and all components are still straight and not bent. I was really hard on them to make the paying insurance company did not short change me. I was a bit difficult to them, but never rude. These guys are true professionals and know how to make it right again. They made it happen and made it right. That is priceless and important. I will always now be a customer with them

Overall they are decently good people. I had to pay one of their drivers not to tow my vehicle, but after finding out that the situation was not handled correctly and the steps taken were actually against the law I was very upset. After calling one of the owners (Wes) at the Pullman location and explaining the situation I didn’t initially get good feedback. However Wes’s employees spoke very highly of him and I feel that he really was a nice guy just having a bad day. I got my windshield replaced here. Not only did they drop me off at school after I dropped my car off, they also did an amazing job on the car. They also vacuumed it for me, wiped down the interior, and left me a water bottle. From the time I called them to the time my car was done was only a couple of days. Also they did my boyfriends windshield last summer and when the weather stripping started to come off they offered to fix it for free.

WARNING: DO NOT do business with AUTO BODY SUPER CENTER! This company is predatory, dishonest and criminal. They deviously take advantage of college students. They continually stalk young students at their apartment complexes. Over spring break they again stole student vehicles in our complex and impounded all of them for ransom. I'm a resident and student of the apartment complex and continually witness this Auto Body Super Center theft. Knowing students are away from the residence, Auto Body Super Center towed my vehicle and others. We all again returned to find our cars stolen! Auto Body

I am seriously thankful for your tow driver Kyle, her was fantastic to work with. I used our roadside assistance for this tow, in the process of them arranging the tow they sent out vague information and left too much room for interpretation. So Kyle called me and got all the really important details to locate the car, he kept me in the loop, he could sense my stress, and even helped me get none essential keys to my college student son. He treated we like we were family, that's what we wanted when our kids decided to go out of state to school, that small town caring. Thanks for everything

The only place in town I found to replace a shattered in window. They were all very nice and very helpful. They offered to keep my car in their garage and gave me a loaner car, for no additional price, when they realized it might not be the safest to have a car without a window parked outside. They were very thorough with getting all the glass out of the door panel. They even vacuumed out the entire car. Also, they had it done within one day. Great workers, great attention to detail, amazing costumer care.

I had a fender bender for the first time in years. The other driver was at fault so his insurance company covered it. The service at Auto Body Super Center was fabulous. They took over the insurance claim and I didn't have to do a thing after I supplied them with the information (claim number). The repairs were done in a very short time. I basically just had to leave the car off and pick it up. It was a lot easier than dealing with the Enterprise rental office. They are kind of paranoid.

I got into an accident in the middle of nowhere in the Palouse. Bobby called me and I was able to send my location to him through my phone. Not only was he speedy, he went the extra mile to make sure I was okay and was super friendly the entire hour-and-a-half ride back. Also gave some great suggestions for food!

I just had a flat tire and Bobby came out with a tow truck. He was quick, he was professional, and kind. I have an expensive sports coupe and he knew what the heck he was doing... he picked it up and set it down like a baby. They helped fix my car in one week! This is the fastest service i have ever received! Most auto shops take over a month to schedule and another two weeks to get the work done, but these guys were great! They even drove me home after dropping off my car for service! Well reasonable prices! I highly recommend this shop for their quick and quality service you will not find elsewhere!

I got my car towed from them (parking violation lol), but my review is for their great service! When I found out my car got towed I called and they were very friendly and made sure I had all of the right information! When I came to pick it up they were very nice to help and even shoveled the snow off of my car and made sure the ice was scraped. They even helped push my car out of the yard that was deep in snow so that I didn't have to do it myself! Great customer service!

An awesome team! Everyone was very helpful and nice and obviously care about their customers. They explained everything to me and called back just like they said they would. Someone ran into my tail-light so I needed the cover replaced. The bulb was also out. They gave me a new lightbulb on the house and also a discount for paying in cash! The service was also quick and I was helped immediately. Very happy and will recommend to anyone that needs work on their car. 5/5 Thank you!:)

These guys really are as good as it gets! In the many years I've lived in Pullman I've had occasion to use them at least three separate times for both big and small car issues (never my fault, of course :)). They're friendly, professional, reasonably priced, and fast! I'm moving out of town on Monday, and am dreading having to find a new body shop when the time comes. I just can't say enough good things about them--they'll be the bright spot in an otherwise horrible situation, I can promise you!
