Cannot say enough good things about them! I corresponded with Mark the most, he was great about keeping me informed throughout the process of getting my car repaired. When I came to pick it up, they had gone above and beyond the repair I needed by washing my car, clearing my foggy headlights (they look brand new now), and to top it off, they had an employee grab my new license plates from their location in Moscow before work, bring them down to Lewiston, and installed them before returning my car so I didn’t have to hassle with it. A+ customer service!

I took my van in to be repaired after hitting a deer. What an excellent crew to work with from start to finish. A friend said they were the best and they were right! Each and every detail of the drop off, pickup, insurance in and outs and the repair process itself, were well explained, thorough and completely stress free. I got a couple phone calls while they had my vehicle to update me on expected completion time to make sure it worked best with my schedule. What an incredible experience after such a stressful event. New to area and Excalibur was suggested by a neighbor after hit and run damage occurred to our vehicle. The entire issue was a non issue, they were great in all aspects of our repair and we would recommend them to anyone and use them again if we needed great service and work from an auto body business.

As I drove away with no wind noise and my car back to normal, I thanked my lucky stars that I could continue
