At University Collision, estimates are free. We perform all major and minor auto body collision repairs-from dented bumpers to windshield replacement to roll-overs-we'll take care of you and your car. We are equipped to provide frame and uni-body repair, custom color paint match, and windshield and glass replacement.
While we'll most likely need to see your vehicle in person to give you an official estimate, this can help get the process started. Your vehicle identification number is located in the upper corner of your dashboard on the driver's side. It's also printed on your vehicle's registration paperwork.

Turn off your engine, or-if it's safe-move your vehicle to the shoulder of the road out of the way of traffic. If you're injured, or if your car isn't safe to drive-don't try to move it. Contact the authorities. Try to assess the scene if anyone else is hurt. Otherwise, wait for the ambulance or police.

I would recommend University Collision to anyone. They were very easy to work with and even in a parts shortage they got my truck back to me in a good amount of time. My truck was near totaled and they repaired it back to new. I am amazed that they could do something like that in that short of time. They had great customer service and answered all of our questions. So glad we worked with them!

I had an amazing experience with University Collision! Randy and the entire team were incredibly helpful after my car got broken in to and my passenger window needed to be replaced. They were awesome in explaining everything that was going on and they worked with my insurance company which was amazing. They were able to work with my busy college class schedule which I was SO grateful for and were able to fix up my window within a few hours! Highly recommend them! Thank you!

Excellent work. Amazingly precise detailing of a very dirty vehicle. Detail, wash, and a new headlight for 150. I was shocked and figured it would cost more like 250 (have had it done in Phoenix once - that was my comparison) Super job by super professionals!

Randy and Andy at University Collision in Pullman were the best auto service professionals we have ever experienced with. When we drove from Seattle to visit Riverside State Park in Spokane, our BMW X3's windows got broken and things stolen. They temped-up the windows for free for us to drive back Seattle next morning. Super job and excellent people!

University Collision was the best experience I've ever had dealing with vehicles! I had some minor body damage from an accident and they were awesome. They take walk-ins for estimates and work with your schedule to bring your car in when the parts are ready. They were very helpful at explaining what needs to be repaired and I didn't feel like I was talked down to because I am a woman (which happens). They finished the repairs in less than 3 business days and it was washed and waiting for me. I would 100% recommend!

Got in a little fender bender and after getting quotes from different shops in town, University Collision had the best quote and more importantly, the best service. Randy was nothing but kind and took the time to explain things to me that I'm sure he know like the back of his hand. Once they finished the body work, my car still needed to have the clear coat protector applied the next week, and Randy offered to come pick up my car, which made it really easy on me and I appreciated. Highly recommended!
