Born and raised in Cambridge MA, Ashley has always been interested in health and fitness since he first started lifting weights as a freshman basketball player at Cambridge Rindge and Latin High School. Ashley spent the majority of his business career working at John Hancock as an insurance executive.
During that time, Ashley led sold out cycle classes at Fitcorp Backbay, LA Fitness, Saugus & Y.M.C.A Chinatown. Additionally, helping others through community and charitable programs such as the Lucy Stone / Franklin Park zoo program and volunteering with the annual Boston Marathon is where Ashley truly found value.

Services
Choose from HIIT, Strength & Conditioning or Muscle Bootcamp sessions which all include core training, strength training, and conditioning using equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, suspension training systems, battling ropes, ladders, and jump ropes. Each Bootcamp is a full-body workout with options to attend 2 through unlimited sessions per week.
This indoor cycle session features a revolutionary "unstationary" bike. The bikes's movement tilts and leans as you ride, providing the fluid sensation of an actual outdoor bike. You will get a full body workout that is both functional and fun, with emphasis on activating essential core muscles as you ride.
The Core Cardio Fitness Barre is a full-body workout designed to trim, tighten and tone your entire body with an emphasis on defining your 'glutes' and legs. With light weights, planks, push ups and squats we utilize small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetition, to develop a long, lean frame similar to a dancer's physique much faster than you can imagine!
The Balanced Habits LIFE program was established in 1994 and has supported tens of thousands of people. LIFE is a 3, 6 or 12-month one-on-one nutrition coaching program, designed to teach anyone how to eat real food to support their lifestyle. Balanced Habits Certified Coaches are there to guide, support and educate participants every step of the way.
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and fitness-loving person to join our team as a boot camp and / or cycle instructor. We are looking someone who loves working with people, is extremely organized and detail-oriented, and is a great team player to join our staff as an Administrative Assistant / Client Happiness Specialist.

I have never been to a gym more supportive than Core Cardio Fitness! Ashley, Ana, Taryn, and the whole team consistently go out of their way to do whatever it takes to help you with fitness goals (even helping to figure out what those goals are). Classes are challenging but you never feel like you can't do something because they all encourage you and include you. Can't say enough good things about the CCF family!

Core Cardio Fitness (CCF) is an amazing place where you feel supported on your weight loss journey. I have had memberships at many other gyms and this one is the BEST by far. All the trainers are knowledgeable, attentive, motivating and truly care about your wellbeing and helping you to meet your fitness goals. The workouts are both challenging and exciting. The circuit-type exercises using your own body weight combined with free weights gives my whole body a great workout and offers lots of variety in routines, so I never get bored. If you are looking for more than a gym but a fitness community

I was skeptical about joining core Cardio Fitness because I didn’t think I could keep up with the exercise!
I started in June and go 3 to 5 times a week!
I absolutely love it!
The team of instructors could not be more helpful, understanding and kind!

I am very fortunate to have found this gym. . The motivation and support you get from the trainers and other gym members is incredible. All the classes are thoughtfully planned with a good balance of cardio and strength. Trainers pay personal attention to make sure you workout correctly. I would highly recommend CCF if you want to improve your overall fitness. Working out was never this fun!
