All of our personal trainers have a four-year degree in a related field and are CSCS strength and conditioning certified.
During our small group training classes, you don't just learn how to do exercises; you learn WHY you are doing these exercises. You don't have to worry about getting lost in the crowd; our small group fitness classes are capped at 10 people max. Group Training is a hybrid between Personal Training and Small Group Classes.

At Fit In New England, we are focused on education and experience. Our highly educated and experienced fitness coaches are committed to making athletes' experiences one of a kind. Our gym in Medford is committed to providing each athlete who walks through our door with personal training and small group training classes built to empower them to live their healthiest and happiest lives.
We use these 6 basic athletic traits: Strength, Endurance, Power, Flexibility, Speed, and Agility and mix them up in different servings to provide classes that challenge the body in completely different ways! If you decide to join us, you can purchase classes at a frequency of one, two, or three classes per week.
Whether or not you've worked with a trainer before, training with our fitness coaches will be unlike any experience you have ever had. All of our coaches hold a four-year degree in kinesiology, making them extremely qualified in the realms of body mechanics and movement. We pride ourselves in having trainers with high education levels in order to give you the best training experience ever.
Group Training is a hybrid between Personal Training and Small Group Classes. Group Training is a monthly membership where participants choose to train 4x or 8x per month. Our classes are available through the Mind Body app and members would join classes that work for them! We offer classes throughout the week: mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
At Fit In New England, one of our primary goals is to provide you with quality education and training no matter what your fitness goals are. We understand that everyone is different and may have different needs and wants when it comes to fitness, which is why we're proud to offer you a wide variety of education and training opportunities through our personal training, group training, and small group classes!

I began training with Dan in January 2021 and cannot say enough positive things about him and the instructors at FINE. No matter what fitness level you are at, Dan will curate a plan to fit your needs and does pay attention to your form and technique.
All in all, I would highly recommend this well-kept facility with amazing instructors!

I began training at Fit in New England in May 2021 and the entire team is great. Dan in particular does an exceptional job at not only providing a lot of variety to each session, but taking time to explain and offer up guidance along the way. I would highly recommend Fit in New England to anyone who is looking for 1:1 personal training.

Thankful to have this quality outfit in such a central location. The whole staff, and in particular my trainer Gordon, have been fantastic communicators both during practice sessions and to coordinate scheduling. I've learned a ton and gotten myself on a workout regimen that I enjoy with the help of FINE, I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

I;ve been doing personal training at F.I.N.E. since August 2021 and it's been wonderful. My trainer is great to work with and knowledgeable, and makes modifications when needed. It's great to get the 1:1 attention and to be able to see results through their inbody scanner. They also have raffle prizes based on metrics which is a great incentive to get leaner. Overall a great place to train !

I started training at FINE in June 2021 to get stronger before my wedding and have been doing personal training 1x/week for 6 months so far. I'm really happy with the personal training and the results. Dan has been great to work with - he has completely customized workouts for me every week. He has helped me to focus on form, both in terms of my strength training exercises but also in performing the right stretches. I've definitely gotten stronger and more toned since starting. The studio is very convenient and clean. Would definitely recommend for personal training.

I decided to give this gym a try and I’m so happy I did. It’s a great gym with very knowledgeable trainers. Colin is super friendly and Brad is really energetic but I’ve been mainly training with Mike. Mike’s an awesome trainer! He’s so fun to train with and motivates me in a positive way. When I feel like I can’t do an exercise, he encourages me and is right there to make sure I get through the exercise without hurting myself. A friend of mine encouraged me to try out the classes here and I’m so glad I did. I was used to taking classes like kickboxing and yoga so I was a bit nervous to introduce weights and new exercises into my routine. Colin is a great trainer, always listening to what I am trying to accomplish and outlining workouts that will help me get there. He focuses on form and constant improvement. He even sat down and helped me outline a training plan for an upcoming marathon.
The facility and equipment are brand new and it seems there is something new to try almost every week. The shower and changing area make it very convenient. A great place to work out and stay motivated!

I have been working out with Colin for over 6 years now. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and it is apparent how much he enjoys his work. No matter what your fitness level is, no matter what your age is, Colin will put together a customized program each time you work out with him.
