Wayne and all the guys here are always so friendly and inviting. They are very informative without in any way coming across as condescending or judgemental (as sometimes women can be made to feel in this industry). They always explain exactly what the issue is and any potential future issues in terms easy to understand without seemingly pushing any sort of agenda or product. They are super accommodating in squeezing you in for service on short notice if at all possible, and never overcharge (sometimes I feel slightly undercharged for the number of times they've looked at something small for me
