The car dealer was so nice! He really made me feel special and helped me get the best deal on my car. Beware of this place. They will reject your car and when you don't have the repairs done there. When you take it back they will reject it again. My friend car was rejected on two things. When the car was returned. The found something new to reject it on. Creamer is the best place to go. If I could give then no stars I would.

Excellent customer service discussions regarding problem I had with my F150 truck, outstanding response time to fit me in on same day to identify problems, order parts for delivery next day and complete repairs that day. I am from Marietta Ohio a 5 hour drive and was thrilled that repairs done before driving back tomorrow. Excellent customer service!!!!!

My 22 yrold son just took his car in for an inspection. 2019 Chevy Malibu Redline edition 100% factory stock. He was told they would not pass it due to "window tint too dark". The tint has not been modified in any way. Furthermore, Drive Pros passed the same exact vehicle in the same exact condition one year ago. I stopped using this place a few… years ago. On my way to drop my daughter off to college our car broke down outside of Charles Town, West Virginia. A very nice gentleman stopped to assist us and directed my to DrivePro’s for service. When I went to the service desk to explain what had happened and that I was over 2 hours from home. one of their employees, Chandler Welsh, offered to help. I’ve used these guys since they opened but after today I’ll never go back. Tried to get me to spend $1200 on a new shocks, because they recommend replacing in pairs. Said they have photos of one leaking. This is a Jeep Grand Cherokee with 4800 miles on it #1 would be under warranty if it were leaking #2 it IS NOT leaking!

They had me commit to a diagnostic charge when all I wanted was to have the balance checked on some new wheels and tires I had recently bought because my truck was riding terribly. They stated that they didn’t want me spending money unnecessarily and to let them take a look at it to make sure nothing else is going on. I should have stopped their… sales pitch there but I didn’t think they were going to make me pay something for nothing. I called them on Saturday 3/21 to drop off my vehicle to have a small exhaust leak looked at. I Was told to bring it in and we would look at it to see what was going on. I was also having an issue with my breaks and planned to have them do that as well on a different day since they were going to fix my exhaust. I was not treated with respect at all and was quoted a price of 80$ just to look at my car. Not sure how that is possible. It would take no longer the 15-20 minutes start to finish and there labor rate is 109 an hour. I was going to have the work done there as well. I remained completely

Do not take your vehicles for service to this place. They are unprofessional and dishonest. We had a bad experience over a year ago when trying to get one of our vehicles inspected in which they tried to charge hundreds of dollars for something that ultimately ended up costing us only a few dollars to fix somewhere else. We recently went back because a friend told us that things had improved. We have confirmed things have not improved even a little bit. This experience was just as ridiculous as the last. STAY AWAY FROM DRIVE PROS!

They are good and thorough but they are overpriced. We took my wife's car there and they found several items that needed to be taken care of.We thought that it was a little expensive but we here went ahead and got most of it done. When I reviewed the bill later, I saw some of the prices they were charging for lug nuts,etc. they were way out of line. We will NOT be going back.

My daughter took her car in for an inspection and oil change today. She called me in tears. They charged her $200+. They replaced two lights she didn't know were out. I guess they saw a young female coming and decided to take advantage. So sad there are still businesses that deal like this. BEWARE ladies.

I have been a customer if drive pros since they opened. Today I went in with an issue and as a furloughed employee a small budget to work with. I told mike I was hoping for enough $ after repair to buy toilet paper. Not only did he give me a few rolls, but gave me a discount and my bill came in under. Love these guys, they care about people.

My wife and I took a day trip out to Harper's Ferry, and enjoyed the day and perfect weather. About 10 minutes into our 2 hour drive back home, something in my car clearly broke and was making a terrible noise.
I pulled off the road, and looked for the nearest car mechanic. Everything in the region was closed that Saturday, except for Drive Pros. I made it there at about 4pm, and they closed at 5pm. They were able to give a quote in about 20 minutes - my drive belt had frayed and was whipping around the inside of the car, and they also let me know my battery was leaking acid.
