We've been taking our cars to CCARS for three years. I'm always impressed with the quality and promptness of the service. I really trust their judgement on things, and they are always looking out for you when keeping your budget low. Where some auto shops push services to increase their commissions, CCARS helps you avoid unnecessary service costs. I recently had a HID bulb replaced for $40 while using their night time drop off. I had no clue what the cost of that service would run, but I had trust that they would take care of it within reason. $40? More reasonable than I imagined.
Thank you CCARS

Called early for a safety inspection. They promised to get me in when they could. Friendly service, and though it took a while, I was very happy with my experience. I will be back!

Once I found Tim and CCars, I just stopped even asking anyone else for a quote. More than once Tim has saved me money by telling me what didn't need to be done.

For example: My PT Cruiser overheated and blew up on the Washington Pkwy one day. I had it towed to Koons Chrysler, Tysons. It was after closing hours so I dropped it. The next morning I had an estimate of over $2,500 and they wanted me to call my insurance company because there might be other repairs.

I already had been going to CCars for a year or two so I paid out of pocket the $75 to have the car towed from Tysons to Purcelleville

Dropped my car of in need of a an oil change, with a possible muffler crack. These guys changed the oil and banged the ding in the muffler back into place. No charge for the ding and one happy customer. Heard for years these guys are honest, and it's true. My car's going nowhere else.

CCARS is exactly what you would want in a car mechanic. Quick and honest work, extremely fair prices considering some of the alternatives that are in Western Loudoun. Tim has worked on all 4 of my cars and always does an outstanding job. He has even taken the time to show me how to complete a simple fix with bringing it to the shop. Couldn't give a better rating. Everything from oil changes, breaks and engine repair, CCARS does it all.

Been using CCARS for 14 years. Owner Tim is honest and service is prompt and done as stated. I've had situations where I suggested something might be wrong with this or that, figuring it would cost a bunch, but Tim has many times told me that what I thought was the problem wasn't the problem and that it was something much more minor and less costly. I don't know where the few bad reviews are coming from except maybe from folks who don't understand cars or the business of estimating repairs. Anyway, five starts for a great local business.

CCARS. Honest, hardworking people. Great service. Highly recommend for their pricing. Was looking at a laundry list of unneeded repairs elsewhere. No BS. They just gave me the expected price, and that was that. Would recommend that they add more details to their website as there isn't much going for it.
Do recommend.

I've brought my 2007 Acura TL Type-S in once a month for the past few months in an attempt to bring the car up to speed as it is now pushing 230,000 miles. Each time, I receive the same great service whether dealing with Sean, Tim, or Mr Ivan Clark. They even go above and beyond with the care they show my vehicle. I see no reason to take my car elsewhere.

This shop is run by thieves, don't take your automobile there!! They altered something under hood then told me I needed a $500 Alternator. I didn't believe them because there weren't any warning signs and took it to another shop. The shop I took it to is a wonderfully trustworthy mechanic's shop in Middleburg and of course -- there was NOTHING wrong with the Alternator. We've been driving it and it's totally fine!!

I've used Tim for a few years but will not be going back.

I had him install a universal joint on my truck. Unfortunately, it failed in less then 15K miles because the mechanic forgot to install the grease fitting, allowing water and dirt to contaminate the bearings.

I had them check the battery on my wife's truck because it wouldn't hold a charge. They said it was ok. I was still having problems starting the truck a week later so I decided to check the battery myself. It was very corroded around the terminals. The mechanic should have cleaned these terminals (or even replaced

Cleanest auto place ever! Tim is ethical and very smart. Twice he has explained to me how to fix a couple of things on my car myself at a fraction of repair shop cost. They worked and very well. This is the only place I'll bring my cars.

Tim, the owner, is as fair as they come. He is flexible and will tell you exactly what you can expect from a repair...if it makes sense, if it wil recur, if there are options that are better choices. Give him a shot...you won't be sorry.

Incredibly skilled, timely, and honest mechanic with extremely reasonable prices. My car broke down in Falls Church, and I payed less than half as much here than I would have in Falls Church. Needless to say, I was happy to pay the extra money in towing fees to get this kind of service. By far the best experience I have had with any mechanic to date.
