Our beautiful, state-of-the-art office is in North Dallas off of the North Dallas Tollway. Our front office entrance is inside the main building doors, which face the Dallas North Tollway. We offer concierge service to many patients who travel from far away to have Dr. John Standefer, Dallas' expert facial plastic surgeon, perform their cosmetic surgery procedures.
The facelift procedure repositions tissues that have descended from the cheek into the folds around your mouth and into the jowls along the jaw line. The FreshLift facelift also addresses any sagging or loose skin around the neck. Excess fat under the chin and around the jawline can be removed with liposuction.

I got an anti-aging BBL on my face and I’m thrilled with the results. BBL is a fabulous laser treatment, but hard to find in Dallas. Fresh Image has the technology and the woman who gave me the treatment, Erin, is such a professional. She was a wealth of information. Love this place and plan to go back in three months for another BBL.

I have never been one to leave reviews but I am just so thoroughly impressed with Erin Campbell and her knowledge on acne scars and how to treat them. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with any practitioner. She spent so much time trying her best to educate me and listening to all my ideas and thoughts on various different kinds of treatments. As a patient who has researched and looked at just about every video and article I could find on the subject I could not ask for a more patient and understanding profesional to be able to talk to. I have been to Dr. Standifer twice. Ten years apart and each time he has done an excellent job! He truly gives you freshen up. Even though he is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon he is an artist more in my opinion. He has beautiful photography all around his office that he has taken. He sees your face through his artist eyes which is why his work is so natural looking. Don't wait-Go!

I recently experienced a face lift and was highly impressed with the entire process and staff. Everyone is so professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. I know most of the staff by name and I always feel so at home. Dr Standefer rocks!! He is an amazingly highly skilled doctor. Even better than I could imagine! I am a 58 year old man and although I feel and act like a man ½ that age my face disagreed. Not a problem at Fresh Image!! I was terrified I would look like Jerry Jones when he 1st had his face done but the only thing friends and family said was “Did you lose weight?” Or “God you look good, been working out?” and that is the key. No one could tell because it was subtle not extreme, I did not want to be another Kenny Rogers and I’m not!
