Bob is such a pleasure to work with. I wanted to replace my wedding set after 31 yrs. I know what I like but not necessarily what I wanted. Earlier this year I had most of my jewelry inspected and repaired. I had a few pieces that were 30 years old. They let me know those pieces were quite delicate due to the wear. One of those pieces a 10 k gold bracelet was quite sentimental. The jeweler fixed the clasp and let me know it was delicate and still wearable but take it easy. I truly appreciated their service and advice. Also loved getting the free cleaning.

Awesome staff, I walked in with a repair and they stopped what they were doing just to help me!! All other places would've wanted me to leave the piece for however long until they could get to it. I browsed around and found an amazing ring while I waited and got a heck of a price on my repair and ring!! Highly recommend this store!!

I went in with a ring given to my mother that once belonged to her aunt who has now passed. The ring is at least 65 years old and was all messed up. Like it was a funky shape and everything. My mom just wanted to know about it as we didn't have a real hope for repair. Not only did the sweet lady tell me all about the ring but she also fixed it and shined it up! My mom is so delighted.
