When I was looking for a redesign of my engagement ring on my 20th wedding anniversary, I turned to Melissa to design an original piece. I had looked at her previous designs online, liked what I saw and was impressed by this woman owned and staffed business. I was so happy with the design process. After my mother passed away I was at a loss for what to do with her wedding ring. I brought it to Melissa and she designed a beautiful pendant that honored the character of the original ring. She did a lovely job and I get compliments every time I wear it. Over the years my husband has commissioned other work from her as gifts for me and I've also bought several of her other pieces. All of them have stood the test of time and still bring me joy every time I wear them. Bonus - she's also a delight to work with!

Melissa has made several pieces of jewelry for me from rings to necklaces to earrings - especially special were pieces made from stones my husband purchased in the middle east - rare and valuable - all the pieces turned out spectacularly. I also referred (without hesitation) my good friend's son to her to make his wedding rings - they could not have been happier. My first visit to Melissa’s was for her to make a pendant out of my mother’s signet earrings. It was so beautiful. I wear it all the time. Then I took an emerald pendant that belonged to my mother as well as her wedding band. Melissa and I together designed a gorgeous ring that is my most prized piece of jewelry. Since then, I have bought some pieces that are from her designs as well as other designers. Her staff is absolutely fantastic. All of them are so personable and helpful. You really can’t find a better jewelry shop

I first went to Melissa's when I needed to have my wedding band and engagement ring cut off and resized. While I was there I admired the beautiful, one-of-a-kind pieces. They did a great job with my rings, including replacing one of the small diamonds in my wedding band that had fallen out. I raved to my husband about the shop and he secretly went there to have Melissa make custom earrings for me for our 10th anniversary. She worked with him on choosing the gemstones (he actually went through a table full of gemstones and picked them out himself!) and worked with his ideas to design my earrings

Melissa worked with me in November 2020 to create a custom engagement ring for my husband. I felt very welcome in the store and she worked within my budget to create a gorgeous, one-of-a-kind ring. In the process I decided to ask if she would redesign my own engagement ring to match his, and she took the extra work on without any issues. The end result were two beautiful rings, my old engagement ring setting used to make a beautiful pearl ring for my daughter, and appraisals for the engagement rings. Her jewelry is exquisite and she has a well-established career which gives her access to many options

Melissa is great and efficient! After I got engaged I needed my ring sized down, so I took it to the store wheremy fiancée got it and it took them two weeks! Then it was still too big! I was chatting with Melissa and she brought down the size for me in about 24 hours! We are planning to get or wedding bands made by her too! Nothing fancy, but something that is uniquely ours!
