We had water damage to our floors, they came out once looked at the damage, and the next time they came out they replaced all the flooring needed in less than half a day. Superior carpet is prompt, efficient, hard working, and has a great work ethic. They did an amazing job with the floor replacement and really did an upgrade to the space. What felt like an old 70s home now feels like a modern home just by the flooring they did. I am very happy with the results and if I ever needed any more work done, I would definitely be using this company again.

Thank you Matt and Jason for the great job on my new carpet. Jason brought me samples, scheduled quickly (because I ordered something in stock) and installed all very quickly. The carpet looks beautiful and feels great on my bare feet! I will be calling them again when I am ready to do my bathrooms!

I would not recommend this company. They are very unprofessional and rude. They were working on the apartment above mine on a Saturday morning at 7:30am. They woke up my husband, my baby and myself. They never gave us a warning that they would be doing this so early, they just started slamming things around and pounding on the floors. I confronted them and asked if they could keep it down a little, and got a very rude and sarcastic response.
