At Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation, our approach is simple: Provide the highest quality care to each and every resident every day. Respect, dignity and quality care are cornerstones of our approach to providing the best therapy, rehabilitation and skilled nursing care. It is this approach that shapes every treatment plan we offer and has awarded us a 5-Star overall rating by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
If you are a Medicare recipient and have a 3-day qualifying stay in the hospital, Medicare will pay the first 20 days at 100%. Days 21-100 are covered at 80% with a 20% co-payment to be covered by a supplemental insurance policy, private funds, or Medicaid. If you have commercial insurance or a Medicare Replacement/Advantage plan, we must verify benefits and, many times, obtain a pre-authorization.

Wish I could give 0 stars. No respect for their residents. Cranky nurses who talk back to patients and family. Residents get served the same bland, cold food EVERY night. They are taking advantage of COVID restrictions to keep family members out and from complaining too much about what is happening. As a physician myself, I realize that the long term care/short term rehab system in this country is certainly broken, and neglect ensures across the board. But if you love and value your loved one, stay far, far away from here in particular.

I am giving the billing team this rating due to complete and udder lying from the head billing staff, as well as Debbie the administrator. Completely appauled that business professionals would tell me my family's stay was authorized through 6/28 then bill us later stating benefits ended 6/1...then find out they actually didn't and for some reason they didn't bill. The billing team is useless and rude. Get it together...or hire useful and compassionate staff to replace these awful employees.

My husband was in Parkview Dementia unit for 6 months.
During his 6 months stay, he was hospitalized several times and each time different doctors from the hospital told me my husband was overmedicated in that nursing home.
When I visited my husband at the Parkview, I saw many residence having face injuries like bruises around their forehead, face and eyes.
Don’t recommend this place at all.

Basic needs were not met. Didn't brush her teeth, never saw the podiatrist and only received 1 haircut in 8 months. We kept asking and we would be told "she's on the list." she became incontinent during her time there and they would let her sit in wet clothes. Broke my heart every time I went in there.
