Clearfork Academy is a Christ-centered recovery community that serves adolescent boys between 13-18 years old who are entangled in the physical, mental, social and spiritual bonds of chemical dependency. Clearfork Academy's campus is nestled amongst 80 acres in North Fort Worth which overlooks Eagle Mountain Lake. The property can be seen from several miles away and has views of Eagle Mountain Lake and downtown Fort Worth. Its picturesque landscape rivals any ranch in Texas. Our property consists of three main houses which were all custom built within the last 10 years.
Clearfork Academy treatment model is designed specifically for today's teenager. Issues such as substance abuse, mental health, and behavioral health are all areas of our expertise. We know families are impacted just as much by these issues, therefore we have a dedicated team to help address the family system.
Clearfork Academy is a Christ-centered residential treatment program for adolescent boys between the ages of 13 and 18 years old who struggle with substance abuse or addiction and the accompanying mental health and behavioral issues. Addiction is a powerful thing. Substance abuse rehabilitation requires more than behavioral modification; it requires a heart change.

I am so thankful for Clearfork and everyone there. My son has been sober for 8 months and I don't think we would be here without Clearfork and the tools acquired. He didn't want to go in the beginning but by the end of the program he was sad to leave the friends and relationships he had made. Praying for all the boys current, past and future that go through Clearfork.

If you’re thinking about sending your kid here…
If they believe they have a problem and want to stop, but have a hard time dealing with urges to use, it may help.
If they don’t want to stop you’re going to waste a lot of money and your child will resent you. They will have plenty of new friends though.

On April 26th 2021, I was hired as the Billing Specialist for ClearFork Academy. I had a phone interview, a face-to-face interview, and a work interview. After my work interview I was offered a position, and I took it. I was in training for less than two weeks. When the Computer training started , for my specific work duties I did not have a working computer, or a working business phone. Oh boy, Clearfork Academy. Easily the worst facility I have ever been to. If you are looking to get your child into the worst rehab in Texas, go for it! I have seen kids get thrown into painful containments purely for the convenience of the staff that work there, I have seen people over the age of 18 forcibly kept there against their will, and I have seen them keep the basic rights of their clients away from them. I saw a constant disregard for the accountability of the staff that led to a hellscape for the children. They use solitary confinement as a punishment, regularly giving it out for even

The only reason i’m giving it one star is for the food. everything else about this place is horrible. this is easily the worst rehab i have ever been to. i stay in frequent contact with my peers from all the rehabs i’ve been to. almost all of them have relapsed and are continuing to relapse everyday. sending your kid away won’t do anything bro. i continue to smoke the good herbage everyday

My son found so much hope and healing through his experience at Clearfork, and so did we. An interventionist we consulted said the only place she sends adolescent boys in Texas is Clearfork, and I can certainly understand why. My son is now in long-term recovery and thriving. We continue to engage with Clearfork through a family group and an alumni group.

We did our homework when searching for a place to send our son for treatment. Clearfork was the clear and obvious choice after we sifted through all other rehab establishments. The 13 week program made all the difference. Rehab is hard for everyone (including the family) Clearfork has a heart for helping our son (and family) fight addiction - even months after he left, the care for our son and family is still there.

Clearfork is an amazing place full of loving and highly skilled people. Their program is wonderful for the kiddos and the families. My son was treated there and I don't know where we would have been without them. The best part is they continue to stay connected and support the families and the alumni even after they leave. I'm so thankful for Clearfork. If you suspect or know your son is abusing drugs, this is the place he needs to be!! Don't hesitate.

I spent 66 days in Clearfork Academy. This place was absolutely amazing to me and my family. My counselor pulled things out of me, and I dealt with them for the first time in my life. The staff, the counselors, and even the interns puts the clients well-being as a top priority, as well as mending the broken relationships between clients and their family.
Today, I’ve been out of Clearfork for about two months. I’ve never been more happy with myself and my relationship with my family. If you have a child that is struggling, I strongly recommend this place. This place definitely saved my life
