Terrible care and staff was sent over after a full knee replacement first thing they do is search your belongings then when hit button for a nurse you might get someone 45 min later if lucky then when I asked for my meds they brought in 2 Tylenol and said they only get meds once a day and mine wouldn't be in till next day when I asked to leave I was given a wheelchair and was told they would not help me in car my 70 year old mother in law had to do it by herself I know with covid places are short handed but there where several at nurse station laughing and joking

My stay at Allegiant was horrible.I was never given my Medication On time. The staff never responded to my calls for help in a timely manner. No assistance in helping me bath. Loud laughing by staff in the middle of the night. Loud enough to wake me up everynight I kept a log of the time I needed my meds and the time I received them, and it mysteriously disappeared from my table one night. On discharge I filed complaint and received a letter denying all my claims. I wouldn't send a loved one there. The staff covers up for each other. I am not a person to complain but I discharged myself a week

We struggled to find a place in between rehab and home for my grandmother after her stroke. She wasn't ready to live on her own yet, but wasn't bad enough for a nursing home. Allegiant was perfect. The staff was amazing. The therapy sessions really prepared her for what she was going to have to conquer at home by herself. They kept us updated throughout the process on her progress and took the time to let us know the equipment we would need upon her release. And, during the times of COVID, really took great care in keeping both us and the patients safe and well while still allowing us to visit

I don't know what I would have done without Allegiant Wellness and Rehab!
From the beginning they made the process seamless. They set up and took care of everything for my dad to be transferred to their facility from the hospital, this was a huge relief. Once there, they kept my brother and I informed the whole time on what was going on with my dad and his progress.
The staff are amazing!! They made my dad feel welcomed and taken care of. This is a huge blessing especially with COVID 19 and your loved one being alone and away from family.
There are not enough Thank You's to give to everyone

My dad spent 30 days at Allegiant after he fell and broke his leg. I can not say enough great things about the level of care he received during his stay. Everyone treated him with respect and the staff was professional and attentive. The facility was clean and well equipped for rehab. They made my dad feel at home and comfortable which made it easier for us to leave him each day. He still talks about the nurses and pt staff.

The staff is very caring here and the therapists were exceptional. Julie, Katye and Jeremy were all wonderful therapists who treated my mother exceptionally well during her weeks at Allegiant. There are many nurses and CNAs on staff who provided excellent care for my mother. Doris the nursing director stays on top of the staff and made sure my mother received good care. New, clean facility.
