We have been using Masters for our private airport transfers for almost 10 years now. The owner Abe, and his staff run a top notch service. We have had the same driver, Mike, several times. He is always on time or a little early, very helpful and efficient in loading our luggage. Mike even remembered our family even though he used to pick us up in another city.
If you ever need a private transfer from OC to/from LAX, don't hesitate on these guys. You won't be disappointed!

Masters Limousine is amazing. The friendly driver arrives at your door exactly on time with his exquisite new car, ready for you to be whisked away. The car is stocked with ice cold water for all guests, the ipod hookup is given to you for your listening pleasure, and all of the luxuries you would expect are at your fingertips. The company is extremely easy to make a reservation with and they confirm by phone and email. I have worked with many car services in NY and LA and this one is top notch.

Excellent. Booked via limos.com. Seemed to have a lower price via the limos.com website. Cars were clean and new. Pick up and drop off were on time and professional. Drivers were pleasant and did not pressure for tips. 4 stars because the service was a little pricey, but you can't have it all. Honestly if the price were about $15 less I'd give them 5 stars. They are that good.

As an extra note, Masters was once 15 min late for a curbside LAX pickup. The owner of the company called me to personally explain the situation that was beyond his control. He emailed me a GPS report explaining why the driver was late (police stopped traffic). And took care of the trip (note: I appreciate that they have the technology. It's not a fly-by-night operation).
Importantly, they FREAKED OUT when something went wrong and took care of it quickly and appropriately. I really think that's the mark of a great business.

Our family of 5 (three small children) booked a 9 passenger van from Masters for three separate journeys on our recent holiday in LA. Our drivers were always early, with impeccable manners, the vehicles were clean, stocked with cold water and clean booster seats. There was plenty of room for our luggage and the drivers insisted on carrying it all. They also used their wireless GPS to find the quickest routes given current traffic delays. The price was competitive for LA. And lastly, they kindly accommodated a last minute change to one of our pick-up times. I would not hesitate in using Masters

I needed an unexpected ride home from LAX and found Masters via a web search. There weren't too many Yelp reviews, but I jumped in anyway. I was a little nervouc, but couldn't have been happier. The van/suv was clean, and looked new. Our driver (Atilla/Afilla) was professional and courteous. Once I arrived in baggage claim, I made a phone call and didn't have to wait too long until we were on our way home. I would use them again.

I was very impressed with the service received from Masters Limo. We made online reservations for roundtrip service from LAX and immediately received the confirmation email with all the info we needed to contact office etc. Before our flight we got a phone call confirming pickup time, and the driver was at our house promptly at 6AM for the pickup.

I just want to let people know that this company is really unprofessional, with the exception of one employee, Christal, who tried to come to my defense. It is challenging to get a confirmation. They take an incredibly long time to return messages. They say one thing and do the other. I have dealt with many services before and this one is highly unprofessional.
