We used NOVA Express this year, after having used them 2 years ago to move into our previous rental. I was surprised that we ended up with more or less the same crew! It is encouraging that they seem to treat their employees well enough that they stay that long. They also did a great job moving us. On time arrival and quick to finish!

Wow, what a great team of movers! My first experience and they were awesome! Professional, courteous (to me and each other!) and never a foul word out of their mouths. They were quick and efficient, coming in just under the price quoted. All while taking care of my items like they were their own. I’m just so very impressed!

This is my seventh move and first time using NOVA EXPRESS and they were amazing. Rob and Antonio came on time, were friendly, professional, fast and efficient. They took care of our stuff and put everything where we wanted it. If i have a choice I am definitely picking NOVA EXPRESS and requesting Rob and Antonio!

I moved with Nova Express Movers and they lost two of my ~25 boxes, damaged my dresser, and scratched my hard wood floor. I understand stuff happens during moves, but what earned the company one star is a lack of follow up. I have gotten no response from the company after submitting an online damage form. I tried calling and could very rarely reach someone. The one time I did reach someone, I was transferred to the "operations" team which went straight to voicemail.

Our experience with NOVA Express Movers was great! We had booked a move with another company that was a disaster and had to be canceled, so we were worried about getting it done on short notice. NOVA was very responsive in setting it up, we found days the next week that would work even in peak moving season, and they didn't require a deposit.
The 3-man crew was efficient and friendly. They helped with disassembly and left furniture I didn't want for the trash. I was happy to have 2 of the 3 same crew members for move in the next day - William and John. They were familiar with my items

This is the second time that I've used NOVA Express Movers and as with my first move, the service exceeded my expectations. I was particularly impressed with the accuracy of the estimate and the speed with which my move was scheduled. The moving crew, which consisted of Antonio, Tyrone, and Marcus, was extremely professional, courteous, and methodical. Upon entering the house, the broke out into separate areas and moved everything out with great speed. At the receiving end, they ensured that everything fit into a limited space. The time window of arrival was 9-10AM, though we were told despite the confirmation email received, the actual arrival time was 10:30AM. Either way, they showed up at 10:40 AM, which is still late.
Movers were slow. You'd think this would equate to careful packaging of items, however almost every major furniture item was damaged one way or another (see pics).
We attempted to resolve with customer service, but despite being elevated to a supervisor, we did not hear back despite multiple follow ups after more than a week. Best decision we made was to pay

We had arranged the move very last-minute due to some issues with our closing process - boy, did NOVA save the day! Tyrone and the whole crew were great (sorry, guys - only remembered Tyrone by name, but you were all awesome!); they were careful, professional, and even wrapped up under the expected time. This company LOST an entire box of mine. Containing valuables that I canot replace because they had sentimental value. Please book with caution!!!

Nova Express Movers made my move super easy. All of my belongings were transported from point A to pint B efficiently and at a very reasonable price. I had some large items (television, mattress, coffee table, piano, etc.) that were all handled with care and there was no damage.
I was moving in Arlington from one apartment building to another, and the move was completed in 3 hours. They supply blankets, plenty of tape, and have all the tools necessary to make the move seem simple. They have plenty experience doing moves, and you could tell. If you pay with cash they give you a 5% discount. And

This company broke the glass to my table and told me that they would replace it within two weeks. It has been 7 weeks and they do not respond to my emails or voicemails. When I do get someone to answer the phone, they are not able to help and say that they will get back to me...but never do. The movers also damaged several other pieces of furniture… but did not tell me about it. I found the damage the next morning. I do not recommend using this company. If you do, take your time and examine everything before they leave. Although, even if they admit to breaking something, they DO NOT keep

We had a simpler move of some dining room furniture (heavy) from Centreville to Leesburg, so maybe they could be more relaxed, not as attentive....NOT SO. William and Rashad were excellent. Took such care with the pieces that had to be moved...at both ends of the journey. Pleasant, professional, etc.

I can't recommend Nova Express Movers any higher! They were consistent he entire move and made sure to wrap all my valuables with precision and consideration. This was a full throttle moving experience for sure! The movers were straightforward, professional, and accommodating, which is surprising for a moving company. Moving is a stressful thing, but not with Nova Express. They made it as stomach-able as possible for me and my wife. They brought extra materials along and had plenty of movers on deck to get everything transported as quickly as possible. Extremely satisfied with this move and would recommend them to anyone
