We can preserve your belongings during repairs or when you leave your house for a long time. I hired this company at the very last minute and they were very accommodating, fast, professional, courteous, and it was a great pleasure to work with them. Three guys showed up early on a Sunday morning and moved our 2 bedroom apartment in just under 4 hours - very much worth the cost.
I will hire them again next time in a heartbeat. From the very beginning, they were very informative and disclosed all costs and potential charges at the time of scheduling. I moved from a 1 bedroom to another so it was a small job but heavy pieces. They sent over a crew of 3 guys that arrived on time and were super professional.

I am so happy I hired Pro American Van Lines movers this time. They came on time and helped me not only move everything from one 2-bedroom apartment to another but also pack and unpack my stuff. I didn't have to worry about wrapping my mattresses and white sofa, they did it. They also brought wardrobe boxes, wrapping paper, blankets, dollies and additional boxes for my stuff. Another great help was them taking apart my kids bunk bed and my queen bed and then putting it together at my new place. I didn't have to micromanage them and tell them how to pack things and where to put it, they did it all

These guys are respectful, efficient, and hardworking. I liked them so much I hired them twice! Despite all the rates in the area being very competitive and similar, I found this company to have the best bang for your buck. They don't waste any time and are quick to disassemble/reassemble furniture to your liking. Highly recommend.

It is challenging to sum up everything that went wrong working with Pro American Van Lines. Overall, I would grade the experience in July 2020 an "F". Bottom Line -- There are a lot of options for movers and you should use another company.
The negative aspects of moving day include them not finishing the job (literally, there are still pieces of furniture at my old addresses that were not moved), damaging numerous pieces of furniture (not discovered until later while unpacking), missing components to pieces of furniture (for example, parts of a TV stand that secure the shelves removed

The movers were to come between 1-3 and got there around 5 due to the previous person having more than expected items. They kept me informed of the time and it was not an issue as it turns out I had more than expected items too! The movers were very professional and helpful. I eyed up having more than 2 truck loads and they left around 11. I felt like that were very careful with my things and moved them where I needed them. Although it was very late, they treated me with respect the whole time. Great price too! I would recommend them.

Before hiring this company I did conduct searches based on service quality factors, cost and customer satisfaction ratings; however, I would not recommend Pro American Van Lines to anyone who is moving long distance (i.e. Florida) with any high value furniture pieces nor make use of their storage facility. I had meticulously packed all house belongings in heavy duty boxes and just hired PAVL to "professionally" pack the furniture, mirrors, paintings, TVs - basically things that did not fit in small to large boxes. I made the severe mistake of not choosing full replacement insurance to cut down

It was a huge move done for us by Pro American Van Lines last week. Guys did a tremendous job! It took 2 days 3 truck loads and 6 guys to completely pack our old house and move us to our new residence in Woodbridge. I can't thank them enough for the way our belonging were handled. We experienced a highest level of professionalism and care from all the team members and sales crew. Guys were strong and efficient, they did everything we asked for, starting from small packing to installing our huge wall units and armoirs. Many thanks!! I'll definitely recommend them to all of my friends!

I loved Pro American Van lines. The 3 three guys I got where efficient, professional, on-time, willing to adjust a bit, and just very very helpful. Everything was delivered as promised by Alina. I had a pretty complex bed but it was disassembled and reassembled properly in quick order. Same with TVs and anything else that needed to be taken apart. I went over on my original count to them but was more than willing to pay because like I said they adjusted accordingly. Everything was done in just a little bit over what was originally quoted as far as time and cost. Great job and I'll use

I've moved many times with the military but this was my first move on my own and it was complicated by a split shipment to two locations. Luckily, Pro American made the move very easy for me. The Pro American team was professional, responsive and helpful when I needed to make last minute adjustments to my move plan. The team was also very careful and attentive with my household goods. Top notch work!

DO NOT use this service. They will do whatever they can to charge you for any amount of money even if you don't sign a contract with them. They charged me without my electronic signature and even sent people to my old house without my confirmation and then claimed that I still own them a cancellation fee. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They have terrible customer service and all they want is to take your money. I can only imagine how careless their actual moving service is.

I had to find movers for a long distance move to Iowa. Pro America Van Lines were excellent, courteous and professional. I searched around on Angie's List and this company quoted me the cheapest price. The sales rep responded to me on the day and gave me a lot of detail before asking me to fill out an inventory and deposit. I checked some of their reviews here and they seemed to be very good.
Pickup was very professional - They showed up on the date expected and gave me a courtesy call 30 mins before arrival. 3 men showed up in the summer heat and quickly moved my items out of the house
