Unprofessional, uses her personal feelings, uncaring, modern Jackel. We moved in the house to see that it was extremely nasty, definitely hadn't been cleaned. Fridge was infested with bugs, missing rails. Stove and oven was the same with rusted parts. I called the rental office and told her and her response was it works. Had we had a different option we would have moved immediately. B4 we moved out the house we cleaned, carpets professional cleaned. The house was in better condition when we moved out then when we moved in. Charged me 75 to change the locks, and 30 on top of every one that had already
