Dr. Shemmeri is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He treats each young patient as he would a member of his own family: gently, professionally, and with compassion. We know that the day will be filled with smiles! We focus on providing preventive oral health education for the whole family. We believe that oral health of children is part of a family's oral health. In other words, the more you as parents are informed about proper oral hygiene protocols, the better the oral health of your children will be.

Services
Dr. Shemmeri has achieved Life Status of a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He is a specialist in providing dental care for infants, children, teens, and children with special needs. Dr. Shemmeri has been a Pediatric Dentist for over 30 years and has been in practice in Fitchburg since 1998.
Since our primary goal is a long lasting, comfortable relationship, we believe in a comprehensive approach for dental care. The earlier the child sees the pediatric dentist the easier it is for the child to get acclimated to the dental environment. Early preventive dental care for the child and early dental education to parent may prevent costly dental treatment later in the life of your child.
Wachusett Pediatric Dentistry has been offering pediatric dental services in Fitchburg, and has served the surrounding communities of Leominster, Lunenburg, and Gardner since 1998. Since opening, our emphasis has always been to provide state-of-the-art dental services in a setting where our young patients are relaxed and comfortable.
The American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (ABPD) was organized by the American Society of Dentistry for Children in 1940. It is the only ADA-recognized certifying board for the specialty of pediatric dentistry. The vision of the board is to achieve excellence in pediatric dentistry through certification of all pediatric dentists.
Our practice is committed to providing you and your family with safe, gentle, and high-quality dental care. We understand your child may feel anxious about visiting the dentist. We are sensitive to children's needs, and it is our goal to make your son or daughter feel comfortable visiting our practice while we provide the best possible care.
