We cannot praise Dr. Dimitri and his staff enough on our first visit. We did have a few "words" about the insurance coverage but we found out latter that they were correct and we apologize. They provided us with the best exam and cleaning we have ever had in the 6 states we have lived in. The whole staff were funny and cheerful and had out going personalities. We were very impressed! We even told Dr. Dimitri that he ever leaves we want to know so we could follow.

Overall I (Tim McCarrhy) did like the level of proffesionalism. The dentist was excellent.
My next appointment was not given
at the time of service? However my treatment
1. A crown over a tooth 2.Resurfacing
partial dentures has some complexiry
(Consulting with a dental lab) so maybe that
is the reason for the delay in scheduling ?

We had back to back appointments at 2 pm. The receptionist had a mask but kept it on her desk the whole time we were there. The chairs in the waiting room were either not spaced apart at all or 1 ft from each other. They took 2 walk ins off the street that had no appointments but left us in the waitibg room for over an hour! When finally in the exam room, they were very polite and quick. Once in the room it was good.

First time I got in contact with them it was to schedule an appointment for my three-year-old daughter, I did it. One day before the appointment schedule, they sent me a reminder for the appointment. The day I showed up They said that the appointment was not that day even though I had the message to prove I had the appointment that day. They told me the appointment was one day after. I went there with one heck of a sore tooth, it had been bothering me for years and it had split into. It was at the back I had been getting pain for a long long time.
Finally one day I set up an appointment and I went in to get this tooth taken out, it had been hurting for so so long. It's probably one of the worst decisions of my entire life.
I went in very scared and thinking I wanted to be unconscious for the procedure but once I got to the establishment everything seemed very comfortable.
I had a very nice time with the nurses I had a very nice time with the doctor, and when it got time

I was extremely happy with our experience here. We used to go to aAllure and when I called them for an appointment for my son who had a bad tooth ache they didn’t call me back like they said to make an appointment. When I called back they couldn’t see him for almost a month. I called perfect dental and they took him right away. The receptionist who helped us was so sweet and helpful. The doctor was great too! I would highly recommend them.

The best dental experience I've ever had. They are real people helping real people. Everyone was super nice. They are doing a great job following protocols for Covid-19. And Dr. Dimitri is probably the nicest dentist I've ever met. He actually took the time to talk to me and tell me what was going on, instead of talking above my head to the assistants. The waiting room is a little dingy and banged up, but that's because it's in a city and many people probably go through there, but the back was very clean and the assistants wiped everything down after use. Very impressed for what I thought was going

The hygienists were amazing with the kids. My 5 year old has a really hard time sitting still and was very scared to be in the chair but the woman who cleaned her teeth was patient and understanding with her. My 8 year old was in another room and he said the woman who cleaned his teeth was very nice. The doctor was nice and answered all questions I had. Definitely a good experience for the kids as well. Takes the fear out of going to the dentist.
