I would NOT recommend this auto shop to anyone. My experience was completely different than others I have read in the reviews. The younger of the two front desk women was rude and lacked good customer service. She never asked if she could help me or anything--just stared at me until I said something and then rolled her eyes when I said I came to pick up my car.

Well, waiting so long, I have made the decision to expose that it is disrespectful to the clients of this Dealer, since we have been here since 10:00 am and it is already 3:00 pm and it is only to change the cover of a seat of a CRV and I realize that Mr. Mechanic spent more than an hour or more in the bla ... bla ... blah in the "washingtonContigo" radio area and we here as posts just waiting and when we ask alone silly excuses, and what do we have to do just wait ..... they are supposed to deliver it at 4 pm when they leave work

We had a major issue with a crank no start Honda CRV. After trying to DIY the repairs and having no luck, I sent it to the nearest auto shop with decent reviews.

Tam, the mechanic, was awesome! He helped connect me with a reasonably priced tow truck driver and kept us up to speed on all the major issues he discovered. He gave us the best case scenario pricing and the worst case scenario pricing, which was all very reasonable for this area. He was pretty responsive considering how busy they are and the turn around to get the car fixed around the holidays was quick.

My side mirror was shattered and my dealership couldn’t fix it within a reasonable amount of time so I called up c&g and asked if I can bring the part to them to install. They told me to come on in at any time. I showed up and they installed it instantly! I was so impressed. And very affordable service! You all are super stars at C&G. I see why you have so many perfect reviews! Thank you for your professionalism!

I just wanted to add... had a few more issues pop up in the month since. Failed inspection due to tie rods... nail in the tire... alternator crapped out on me. When it rains it pours.

I've been taking my vehicles here since 2016 when I first moved to Virginia. I got into an accident they took care of me. Recently I was supposed to go on a Trip to Maine and got into an accident t week of my trip . My insurance told me that in network body shop would get me in 4-5 days. Adrian took care of me and assured me that I'd be on my way to Maine before the weekend was over. Take your car here for everything they are the best. Tell them Keanu sent you. This was my third time using this company and I was VERY satisfied. They did a superb job. The price was right, the customer service was outstanding, and the service/repair was excellent!!. Mr. Adrian Rosales treated me with kit gloves, and supervised the services on both repairs. My car (a BMW) overheated in the afternoon on Route 50 and I, very fortunately, just stumbled on C&G to ask if they could figure out the issue. Despite how busy they were, they, and specifically mechanic Tam, made time to figure out what was causing the problem that same day. I was leaving for a driving trip the next day, so was certain that I was going to have to rent a car. But Tam found the part needed, figured out the cooling system for my car, and had it fixed the next day. Exceptional capabilities combined with great service and hands on explanations of the issue. This is the best and affordable auto shop in the area. I got all my coworkers going here. I got a quick paint job, and they did a phenomenal job. Mr Rosales their manager is awesome. They’re very professional and made my experience there easy and accommodating. Prices are reasonable and they do an excellent job! I found my auto shop and My go to. Loved the paint job on my Mercedes.

I can't say enough about this great body shop. A few months ago, Adrian, the manager, understood what was stopping my Prius trunk from opening, asked me for my budget, and researched all of the options. When he couldn't offer an affordable option using new parts, he referred me to another business that recycles spare parts. The job was completed in less than a day for the amount I said I could afford. C&G did not charge me for their diagnosis and research. I only paid what the contractor charged. I was told that this was only a temporary solution. But it's still working

I had a list of small things that needed to be done to my vehicle to include body repairs, wheel repairs, new tires, oil change, and to install a leveling kit. I called around and C&G was the best price by far. Their communication was great through out the process and my vehicle looks and runs great. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Exceptional service, thoughtful staff, and reasonable pricing. I took in a BMW for body work on the door, which was dented and scraped. I got a free estimate in a matter of minutes, which was almost half of what the dealership quoted. The work took only a few days and was the finest quality. 5/5 stars for sure! Thank you!

I went to C&G to repair some scrapes along the passenger side. They replaced a panel and repainted some others. The paint was matched perfectly and you could not tell that anything happened. The pricing was straightforward and fair. Most important to me though, is that the people working there are all really good people.

Really kind people and my car looks great now! Had some parts repainted and the paint looks so good and blended--you can't even tell the spot was repainted.

C&G superseded my expectations in every way. Quick, efficient, and skilled work. Adrian, Adrianna, and Tam took amazing care of me and my car. I had been told by Jiffy Lube when I went to take my car in for an oil change that there were butterfly clips/plugs on the car and because of that they needed to do xyz blah blah blah and it would be $300-$400. I always like getting a second opinion when something smells fishy, so I took the car to C&G. They explained that these supposed horrible butterfly clips were actually a tool to make the oil change easier and that people usually install those

Capable because I went to many other dealerships who weren't as flexible with my time. C&G knows time is money so they were able to offer me fast service for a good price. Great service because they didn't treat me like a chore; they listened intently on what I needed and figured the best way to fix it. These guys are really down to earth, especially Peter, who was very passionate in explaining the process and costs, reassuring me that I was in good hands. C&G is the place to be!

Best auto shop ever! They have worked on our car twice now and it has been good both times. They have snacks in the lobby which is a plus if you're waiting and need a quick snack. The team is professional and knowledgeable. Also they're conveniently located a few blocks from 66.

A column and I got into a disagreement, and of course it won. One of my friends suggested that I check this place out and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and they had a basket of free snacks by the front door if you were hungry. There was tea/coffee to drink too, which is always a nice touch.

I was recently rear ended by a negligent uber driver from Maryland (Double Negative -__-). My vehicle is a 2017 Honda Hrv and I had had it less than a month.
