I was referred to Collision Veterans by Nationwide after an accident. The professionalism and communication was incredible. Garid was a pleasure to work with - he explained the repair process and expectations thoroughly, patiently answered my questions, and was unbelievably responsive throughout the entire process. In terms of the actual work, my car looks great and the repairs were completed as expected.
I honestly went into this process expecting it to be a nightmare during an already chaotic time but it ended up being the last thing on my mind. A big thank you to the Collision Veterans team

I had my car keyed a few months prior and went to this auto body shop- I had a mark from a collision that wasn't included on my insurance claim, but, they still ended up buffing out the scuff marks for me. I also noticed my car was a lot cleaner inside and outside. The whole car looks great and they were super nice! :) The photos added are the before and after of the scuff mark- even though my insurance didn't cover it they still buffed it out when painting the other scratches and looks SO much better

After an at fault accident, Geico set me up with Collision Veterans and they were so beyond helpful and kind with the whole process. I'm in awe with how my car turned out! It's like nothing happened. I took my vehicle Veterans to repair a dent in a door and damage to the front bumper. They were recommended by Geico.
Their service could not have been better. We were able to drop it off prior to a 10-day vacation and pick it up when we returned. The work was completed perfectly and to my delight and surprise, the car had been thoroughly washed inside and out!! I have never had any auto service company leave a car in such pristine condition. Most will not even do this if it is requested or paid for.
I highly recommend this company!

This place was amazing! They texted and communicated how things were going from drop off to pick up. They were super flexible and most importantly their work looks great! I picked up a brand new looking car again and I hope I don't need their services ever again but if I do I will most definitely be back. Excellent team and service!
