Breast enhancement is a much sought after procedure in Orange County, CA, because women like to feel good about their body image. Whether your breasts have always been small in proportion to the rest of your body, or they have changed in size or shape after pregnancy or weight fluctuation, breast augmentation can help you feel more confident and comfortable with your appearance.
If your breasts are sagging and your nipples low, you may be considering a breast lift, or mastopexy, but are worried about the scars. Patients who have always had small breasts, and in whom the distance from the nipple to the fold under the breast is less than 2 inches are likely to get a lifting effect from breast augmentation alone.
Breast reduction is performed to reduce the size of excessively large breasts. If your breasts are too large, you may have pain in your neck, back or shoulders, and have difficulty finding clothing that fits properly. The excess size and weight of your breasts may make it difficult to exercise. Sometimes a woman's breasts are just disproportionately large for her body.
Mommy Makeover refers to simultaneous surgery of the breasts and abdomen. Having children is a defining and rewarding part of your life, but it can come at a cost to your body. With pregnancy and breast feeding your breasts enlarge, but may then shrink and sag. Your belly gets stretched out, and you can be left with loose skin, fatty deposits, and a gap between your muscles.
Liposuction, or suction lipectomy, is the technique of removing fatty deposits from the body through small incisions by suction using a narrow tube. This provides a method of reshaping the body with very little visible scarring. It is best suited to localized fatty deposits, and is not a treatment for obesity.

Get a life. Dr. Solmer has been my Surgeon for years and I'm happy with his work and work ethics. Maybe you think Doctors should work for free and be a socialist country??

Recently, I developed a small cyst on my neck that I wanted to remove. I went to see my doctor and was referred secondly to Dr. Solmer and told he was contracted with my insurance being Anthem BlueCross Pers Select.
I mad an appointment, went in, paid my $35 copay and had him look at it. He looked at it for a minute and indicated that I’ll need to come back later as it wasn’t ready to be removed. Short visit.
In the meantime, he billed my insurance $200 and my insurance would only pay $95.89 because apparently my insurance isn’t contracted despite being told from my doctor and Solmer’s

I have been to Dr Solmer three times now for treatment of my head for sun damage. There was no waiting and I felt both Dr Solmer and his staff were very professional. I would definitely recommend him.
