I completed my undergraduate studies with a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Pacific Union College. Subsequently, I enrolled in the Microbiology program at Loma Linda University Graduate School, and the following year began my medical training at Loma Linda University School of Medicine. Dr. Melissa Smith and her entire team provided my husband and I with exceptional customer service! The procedure I needed was a bit more difficult and took longer than anticipated. Korina and Gabby kept my husband company and assured that everything was fine. Dr. Smith, Betty, Maria, Crystal and Jafet did a wonderful job at keeping me comfortable and explaining everything they were doing. I highly recommend Aisthetikos for any procedure needed. They all work together as if they are choreographed dance troupe. They flow together very well!

I have never met such an amazing team such as Dr. Smith's team. Everyone at the office is amazing they were able to keep my nerves down and made my whole experience enjoyable. Whatever you need done Dr. Smith is the one you want!! She has amazing technique and cares so much for every patient that walks through her doors. I just have to say the staff at this office is awesome! I love they are taking all precautions with covid you have to call before you go in and they give you a gown and booties to put on before you enter along with your temp. Dr.Smith is really great wonderful bedside manner really wants to help you with the issues you come to her with. I never once felt like she was rushing like most surgeon's she really takes her time with you and has a great personality! Definitely will be going back to her with my needs!!

I've known Dr MM Smith for over 5yrs, and have been her patient for just as long. Not only is She the best Plastic Surgeon in SoCal, She's also the greatest Wound Care Dr., EVER!!. And during this time of COVID-19 her office is overwhelmingly prepared, which is great. Her staff is very well organized and trained. I went there for a hand surgery today and i was genuinely surprised by how good their services was. They took care of everything i needed and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They helped me feel comfortable and relaxed when I started freaking out, brought snacks for me and even played music to calm me down as they were fixing my hand . I definitely suggest visiting Dr.Smith cause she and her staff are just absolutely wonderful!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Smith is amazing. After an infection developed on my back I had sudden need for help and almost resorted to urgent care before talking to Dr. Smith. She went the extra mile to fit me in to her schedule the next day. She did an amazing job and was a joy to get acquainted with. From start to finish she really went above and beyond to be courteous and friendly while performing the procedure. The procedure itself was very smooth and pain free. Since then she has followed up and shown a sincere interest in my ongoing recovery. I don't believe I've ever known a doctor to be as proficient

Doctor was late to the appointment and showed up in a jean mini skirt with a feather braided into her hair and she reeked of cigarette smoke. Stayed for the consultation and decided against using her for obvious reasons. Payed for the consultation but received an additional bill for an entire appointment that never happened. Reported her to my insurance company for fraud. She still doesn't get the message and continues to bill us for an appointment that never happened. Outrageous behavior. I also went back to our referring doctor because I just couldn't understand how our doctor

I received juvederm lip injections 6 months ago by another doctor. My experience and results were just ok. I went to dr smith and my experience was 5 times better than the previous doctor. She really listened to what I wanted and would stop in the middle and ask for my input. She really made sure I had no bruising or swelling, because last time I was swollen and bruised for days. I was also in a lot of pain the first time. I was really shocked that within 2 hours after the appointment I was able to eat, drink, and talk as if nothing happened. My results were amazing! I went into Dr. Smith's beautiful and comfortable office for Juvederm lip fillers after making the switch over from a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon. Although I liked my previous doctor, Dr. Smith quickly made her look unprofessional and unskilled. I'm sad to realize my previous doctor gave me such mediocre service and took advantage of me, but I'm grateful to have found Dr. Smith.
Her staff very friendly and personable. Mimi is absolutely the best. She made me feel relaxed while she prepped me. She took great care to make sure I was comfortable and numbed properly.
