Services
An honor student, Dr. Matos attended New York University for his undergraduate and graduate studies. He then received his post-doctoral certificate in Orthodontics from Boston University's Goldman School of Graduate Dentistry. Dentistry has become a family business - his brother is an oral surgeon, his sister is a pediatric dentist and his wife is a periodontist.

Matos Orthodontics is a clean and friendly environment. The staff is always willing to answer questions and give directions, are knowledgeable in their work, and do a great job every time. Dr. Matos took care of both of my girls and with his knowledge and expertise was able to help one daughter with her crowded teeth and turned teeth to the correct placement without surgery. Always advises the best information for the situation at hand. My girls are very appreciative and happy with the results of Dr. Matos' work. We thank him in every way.

Great Doctor with a great approach! My son is 8 and had a retainer put in for a gap in his teeth. My little guy looks forward to seeing the Doctor because of the calm and cool approach used by the COOL DENTIST. Great place to visit as the staff is nice and the music is always cool, yet upbeat! Great place and a great staff.

I was pleasantly surprised to find Dr. Matos services were extremely thorough and detailed. I’ve had braces twice before as a teenager but this time around I know my teeth will finally turn out perfect since Dr. Matos understands exactly how and why my teeth have a tendency to shift a certain way and why my bite was not aligned. Not only that but I was able to get my braces on really quickly, I was really happy to finally find a doctor that was able to work with my schedule. Dr. Matos is literally one of the most kind, humble and down to earth person I have ever met. I saw him as a friend before I saw him as my orthodontist. He puts his patient first, once you begin with the process with Dr. Matos he will take the journey with you he will be there every step of the way. I've had the pleasure of meeting and being Dr. Matos' patient about 4 years ago and he was great every step of the way until present day. Dr. Matos is a compassionate and exceptional orthodontist! I was a complicated case with what I feel was a severe overbite. When other orthodontists weren't sure in proceeding with the right treatment for me, he was confident that my case could be improved. In every visit, he takes his time in assessing every patient and what needs to be done. He also informs you what he is going to do and the reason behind in, and makes you feel very comfortable!
