Took me a month just to get a virtual consultation through FaceTime all for them to tell me an hour before the appmt that something came up and the doctor couldn’t do it anymore. As if that wasn’t unprofessional and annoying enough, they told me for my issue I could send pictures to their email and have some evaluate for me and get back to me. Sent pictures twice. 2 different emails. No response. Please don’t waste your time like I did. 0 stars honestly they clearly don’t care
