CEC's Wellness Initiative launched in 2013 after leadership recognized the need for corporate commitment to employee wellness. Part of that commitment was finding ways to educate our employees and their families on how to better manage their care and make healthy lifestyle choices. The CECFit! program emerged from that initiative.
